I wish I could comment on the service this company offers. Unfortunately, we were denied service twice - and both times with either no communication (more below) or a last minute cancellation, leaving no time for us to find another provider. This is a HUGE problem as we have guests arriving tomorrow!
As stated previously, we have a house full of guests arriving on Thursday. We originally scheduled to have an initial, deep cleaning completed Tuesday morning at 9:30am. At 9:45am, after no one arrived or contacted us, we began calling the only phone number available to us (the one you find here) and went to voicemail each time (four times over the next half hour).
We finally got a call back from someone letting us know that the cleaning crew had a flat tire and would not be able to make the appointment. We stressed that we were brand new customers and were depending on this cleaning to be ready for guests. We were then offered and we accepted a 6:30pm cleaning the next day, Wednesday.
On Wednesday (today), at 4:00pm we received a call stating that a manager requested the appointment be cancelled as "there was no funding for a team as they have already used up the hours for the day". This makes no sense... as we are going to be paying for the cleaning.
They offered to come on Saturday - but our company will already be here. That is, of course, completely unacceptable.
We are, of course, very disappointed. It seems that if you are among the fortunate - the service is great. We certainly appreciated the price and what we thought was availability to clean our house in time for guests to arrive.
