I chose Pristine Clean because my daughter had gotten 3 quotes last year from different businesses and Pristine had the best price, plus she was very happy with their service. Austin Wilson was the service rep that I spoke with and he was great about answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. Pristine Clean worked with us and our schedule and even agreed to do a project they had not been asked to do previously. I really wanted my ceiling in my screened in porch cleaned but there was a ceiling fan and outlets on the porch. Instead of just saying they couldn't do it, Austin spoke with his manager and he agreed it could be done. We removed the ceiling fan, taped off all outlets and turned off the power. My ceiling looks amazing. Ken from The Gutter Boys called later in the day to see if we were satisfied and gave me his personal cell phone number plus his business number in case I had any concerns. Overall, it was a great experience.

I signed a service agreement with this company on 11/27 to be on a waitlist for roof and gutter cleaning when the weather was over 40F. There have been many days during this time period when the weather has been warm enough. I have since followed up with the company on 12/12, 12/14, 12/18, 12/19, and 12/20 and no one has returned my calls or emails. I just would like an update on where I am on the waitlist or if I need to find another company to come do the work. I should not have to follow up so much to get a simple return call and update. ----- UPDATE 12/26: Since posting this review, communication has greatly improved and I have been contacted multiple times to let me know what is going on and when I can expect to have the work completed. I greatly appreciate the concern they have shown in making things right for me. I will update again once the work is completed and how it goes.

AMAZING. I had my roof cleaned yesterday and when I came home from work I was blown away. I thought my roof was brown and turns out after they washed it, it’s actually tan. They did an amazing job. Update What is safe soft wash? A brush never touched my bricks or house. What is the chemical applied to my house? Please disclose! Please send me a copy of my signed estimate that I never received. You overcharge for services performed. Your employees do not work as a team! Are you going to adapt the screen policy suggested by your employees. I have a feeling someone other than the owner is responding to these comments. These comments are very fair and you should accept the constructive critique and adapt them into your business plan! Update In response to owners reply. Obviously they read but did not understand my comments. No, it was explained via your sales staff that the house would be brushed and the bricks would be cleaned. This did not happen. Never saw an estimate by the way. All that you do is spray the house with a undisclosed solution and rinse with water. No brushing no scrubbing no disclosure. Your prices are to high for the work that is done and your employees are paid to little. You should list your ingredients for public safety. The employees do not work as a team. Your response is canned and not honest. What good is it to come out again. Will you pay employees more and charge me less? Will you list your ingredients? Your sales staff just tells the customer what they want to hear to close the sale. Be honest, after the protective coating is sprayed on vinyl shutter can I paint over it? You're hustling to make a buck but you could run the business better. This is falling on deaf ears. Your employees would like you to tell the customers to leave the screen sup or remove them to prevent dirt from pooling between the window and screen on the window sill. Still would like to know what the heck you sprayed on my house! Sales has a disconnect with service. Sales said house would be brushed and not power sprayed and stated bricks would be power washed. Service just sprayed a solution on the vinyl and bricks and rinsed and sealed with solution. No Idea what is in solution and should be told of ingredients and concentration for child and pet safety. Solution does not work on Bricks. The two employees did not work as a team. One sprays cleaner and sealant the other rinses. When on is done the other does not help with hoses or clean up. At 15 and 12 dollars an hour for 2 hours of work is 54 dollars. The bill was 474.12. The employees are getting screwed or I did or a little of both. Truck, equipment, insurance, supplies etc etc. Generally speaking labor should be your biggest cost running between 60 and 40 percent of the total cost. 2000 sq foot ranch paid to much for service and they did not do what sales said they would

Pristine Clean is Absolutely the best company, hands down to pressure wash your house and roof!! We had green algae on the bottom of our house and you could see black streaks on our roof. I was blown away at the results. It removed that gross green algae on our siding and our roof looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company. My wife and I researched quite a few power washing companies. Though Pristine Clean was not the cheapest, we liked the fact that they applied a “sealer” as they called it after they power washed the house and also the fact that they had a two week window after their services were performed for the payment to be payed. Every other company wanted a credit card prior to them performing any work. The day they were scheduled for our home they called prior to them arriving. The “Whole House” power washing we had performed took them approximately one hour, though our siding was only five years old and we basically called them for the green airborne mold we had on it in various spots. They called twice after they were finished. Once to in fact say they were finished and a second time to say that they could not turn off our outdoor water spigot and had to put a “Wye” connector on it so they could take their hose. In the interim, they also damaged an outdoor security camera of ours by soaking it with water a little too much which I did not realize until I returned home. In general though, Pristine Clean did a great job cleaning our house along with the brickwork we have and also our siding. The only complaints we had was the fact of the damage to our rear water spigot, our security camera and the spots on all our windows resulting from them not rinsing the chemicals off completely. I understand accidents of course do happen, and the one owner Ken was very accommodating and sympathetic when I spoke to him regarding the issues we had, and adjusted our bill accordingly to reflect the repairs we had to perform along with our time to do them. The bottom line is…From the owner, to management to the cleaning crew, Pristine Clean did in fact do an excellent job on our home from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of power washing performed, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The neighbor had Pristine Clean come out to do their house, they did a wonderful job, however, as with anything, accidents happen. While washing the house, there was over spray which landed on my 3 month old car, and sat in the sun and cooked on all day. I called the company the next day, and Ken (the owner), took my call immediately. (No waiting for hours (or days) for a return call). He was wonderful, he actually came out within 1/2 hour to look at the damage. Although I couldn't see anything, I could feel it on the surface. He walked up the driveway and immediately said "I can see it". He handled everything, he made arrangements to have my car buffed out, he came and picked up the car and returned it in PERFECT condition. I was expecting to have to fight to get the car taken care of, but to my delighted surprise, Ken took ownership of the issue immediately and gave me no hassles in taking care of the issue, and he stressed that he wanted to make it right.
