No need to call anyone else! Kyle and Troy are awesome. Unknown to me, my dryer vent was clogged by roofing shingles (!!!!) and was almost impossible to clean. These two made it their mission to figure out a solution, which was not easy. They told me "don't worry, we won't leave until it's fixed." Their attitude was pleasant and professional even though they had to spend extra time, effort and creativity in finding a fix. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

This Co. was very honest and saved us from spending money that wasn't neccessary!!! We hired this Co. to clean the ducts in a home that we had just purchased. When they got to the home they said that the ducts were already very clean and that they would feel as though they were stealing money from us if they did the job. They even looked through the vents in the home to verify that the job was not needed at no charge to us! I would definitly recomend this honest company to my friends and family.

I called Mighty Ducts to schedule an appointment for air duct cleaning and I found the man on the telephone to be rude. Unfortunately, the apartment complex where I reside is contracted with Mighty Ducts. I wish they would consider going with COIT whom I used before. I found COIT's customer service to be much better. Since the time I wrote this review, I discovered the half-hearted apology from Mighty Ducts (see response from the owner). The reason I call it a half-hearted apology is because I learned from a reliable source that Mighty Ducts cancelled my contact to clean my air ducts, which was scheduled for the end of this month because I "wrote them a bad review before the work was performed." In light of this retaliatory behavior, I ask potential customers whether you want to do business with an unprofessional organization like this? If you want to be disrespected and be "punished" for expressing your opinions, then Might Ducts is for you. However, if you want to be treated respectfully and feel like a valued customer, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. Disappointingly Yours,
