The best cleaning service ever. I've had serious trouble with cleaning services in the past leaving scuff marks on my furniture but this one finally gave me a quality cleaning. It was all a very convenient process especially since I have two kids that they had to work around. Very nice people and all around a great experience!

The worse cleaning service ever .. They took 2/5 hours for a master bedroom , kitchen , and living room .. i waisted 300 dollars on this service , very slow just to get u more money and nothing was clean so deply.. i will never sugest this service ..

Unreliable, unprofessional, rude and a terrible cleaning service. They did not arrive on schedule, cancel and reschedule multiple times. They are not trustworthy, don’t let them in your home. Let me guess - your response will be... WE NEVER CLEANED YOUR HOME. How many people mistake your terrible work? All excuses

Two workers. One sulky and unresponsive. One at least responded to polite conversation. I could not negotiate stairs due to recent knee replacement. They were to do minimal cleaning upstairs. Just realized that designer clothing and jewelry stolen out of one of the bedrooms. Not trustworthy. Thieves. Rec’d email from company denying it was their service and told me to look to see who I wrote check to. They used all caps in some of their response and offered no regret that it happened. I looked at copy of deposited check/ indeed made out to Merry Maids/ to verify it was this company. No yelling necessary. Very unprofessional company all the way around.

Quoted me $300 to $400 for a house cleaning. Charged $742.17. Tried to reason with the local manger, Debbie, and she was pretty rude. I have filed a report with the BBB.
