Generally speaking, London Cleaners does a great job in all respects. There are some gaps in catching broken and missing buttons before shirts are returned and very occasionally an article of clothing goes missing. That said, they've always stepped up and replaced such items without argument or delay.

London Cleaners cleaned and preserved my wedding dress, and they did a superb job. Similar to most weddings, my dress was quite dirty (the bottom was almost black), and one of my straps had slightly ripped by the end of the night. London Cleaners was able to restore my dress to a pristine condition (like new). They also taught me how to handle the dress to preserve it and avoid it getting yellow. I would recommend London Cleaners to every bride for preserving their wedding dresses. Thank you for everything!

Pretty terrible towards employees, illegally tracking employees, playing favorites in the company, unfair treatment all around. This company is not worth your time or your dime, they're salesmen are treated like delivery boys and carry the business on their shoulders just to be treated unfairly and even let go for taking lunch break at home. This company is for the birds.

If I ever need something dry cleaned, I’ll recommend a company that has employees who act appropriately in public. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the owner himself. Slamming your hands on your wheel and honking your horn. I hope this business fails.

This dry cleaners, is horrible. My husband had to leave out of town for a wedding. Cleaners Guarantee that clothes will be done by on Thursday so that my husband can catch a flight Thursdays afternoon. Office Manager Lori stated OK by project manager clothes will be done and can be pick them up by 11am. when Thursday arrived, clothes were missing, office manager stated that the driver must have taken them. she tried calling the driver and he did not answer the phone. It is now 1:20pm and he still has not received clothes. Called and spoke with Office Manager, she started calling my husband a liar as the information he told me was not what she stated. Advised her that if she could not guarantee the services he would have went elsewhere. asked to speak to owner and she stated he was in a meeting. **** If you clothes are important, I would not count on them*****
