I've been here twice to service my upright vacuum and both times the service was exceptional. The first time I came, the gentleman that helped me kept the store open an extra 10 mins (I called ahead of time, telling him I was running late) and he fixed my vacuum on the spot! He didn't charge me, as he said my vacuum was under warranty. The 2nd time I came, a part had broken off and I assumed would need to be ordered but he took care of it while I waited and again, covered under warranty. So glad that this service center is just down the street from my home!

I was expecting to have a costly repair but the center looked at my vacuum, found and removed a stuck item, and showed me how to fix it in the future all at no cost and while I waited. Very impressed with the person out front manning the show room. He a 'vacuum whisperer', listing off potential issues, ranges of costs for fixes, and discounts associated with trade ins.

Our 7 year old Dyson vacuum would not turn on. We tried to fix it with a new switch, but it didn't work. I called the service center and they suggested it needed a new power cord. Well, online I saw there were two cords for the machine and wasn't sure which, so I decided to take it to them to see what the problem was. They knew immediately what was wrong and since a seal on the model I have was know to have been causing problems, they told me Dyson was fixing that problem too at no charge. So I waited about 10 min. and they fixed it on the spot. Now it's better than it has been in years. Definitely worth the trip to the service center if your machine is acting up, they will give you an estimate no charge.
This place makes me regret every non-dyson purchase I've ever made. Staff was friendly and helpful, replaced my charger at no cost. Incredibly positive experience here!

Hade an old pet hir Dyson vacuum that was broken. Hubby drove from VA to almost D. C. to go to the company. The beater bar replacement was going to be more expensive than a newer model. So my husband traded it for a new one and got about $150.00 off so they could re-build the old one and sell it used. MY kinda company! Thanks.
Staff was rude, plainly. When disappointed that I wouldn't accept a promotion for an upgrade, I was persona non grata. Fix this, as your product's strength is customer loyalty. Behaviour like this will kill you brand from the inside out.

Wow. Our Dyson stopped sucking (for once it's a good thing to say "that sucks") and wouldn't stand upright. I thought it was mechanical for sure but I couldn't fix it. We took it to a local vacuum and sewing repair center in Southern Maryland and they estimated 10 days to fix and took a $20 deposit to apply towards the repair cost. 14 days later I went back to the local repair shop and picked it up because they hadn't even looked at it yet. We got the vacuum and $20 back and drove 70 miles (one way) to the Dyson Repair Facility in Fairfax, in part because of positive comments of other customers and hoping our vacuum could also be repaired while we waited. The technicians took our vacuum and within 15 minutes had it back to us in perfect working order! And no charge!! And my wife and I had a great lunch at one of the local restaurants!!! Great job Dyson employees! You've reinforced my opinion of Dyson vacuums and we'll buy a 4th one the next time we need a vacuum (we currently have our "heavy duty" vac for our carpets and "stick" vacuums on each of the other floors

Took my Dyson there to be fixed, employee told me they would get back to me on price point for repair. Never heard back for over a week. Called them & at first they couldn't locate my claim # then when they did they said it would be $100 to fix it. I told them to go ahead since that's less than the cost of a new vacuum. Then they said the parts to fix my vacuum were no longer in production so it was unfixable. Umm, if no longer in production how do you know how much it would cost??? Should have led with that I think. Then they proceeded to try & sell me a new vacuum over the phone. No thanks, not after this horrible treatment & unprofessionalism. I bought a Shark...works great, thank you very much.

Took my Dyson in for repair, ended up buying a new one. 2.5 years later, I need to bring the new one in for loss of suction. Can't, though! Why don't they have working-people shop hours? Jeez, close at 5:30, closed on Sunday, how are people who work supposed to go? On the precious Saturday when every other chore is being taken care of and the kids have their games? That's the only option? Thanks for nothing.
I bought my Dyson DC 50 into the store to be looked at after it started making a high pitched sound when the handle was in the unlocked position. The guys looked at the machine for 5 minutes and came back with instructions to clean the filters and canister. They told me since the machine had a good amount of dust it make take more than one cleaning. A week and two cleans later the machine was making the sound. After watching instructional videos on the internet and reading about the machine I started to troubleshoot the noise. I found a massive hair-wad from the brush to the motor. They obviously didn't do a proper evaluation of my machine and didn't check the brush itself. What a complete waste of a trip to the this store.
The people there are amazing they do an awesome job and the best thing is they don't even charge me for fixing my Dyson. I ask why? The Technician told me it's a used part why should he charge me for it. Thank you so much!
Busy, but the representative was polite. They offer a 20% rebate for a trade-in on any new dyson (which they have in stock). They also offer a 25% rebate for military (not combinable though) The store is difficult to see from the street.

UPDATE (11/7/2017) - Adam from the service center called me the next day (11/3) about the review I left. He stated it was never their intentions to not give me a new cleaner head assembly, it is simply Dyson warranty policy about any potential water damage. He said they would send me a new one at no charge and it arrived today! Amazing costumer service! This service center definitely goes above and beyond to make the consumer happy. ORIGINAL REVIEW (11/2/2017) - This service center is extremely quick when I do my warranty repairs. But, they simply will not replace my cleaner head assembly (now on two occasions) on my DC-41, they are stating that it has water damage when I have no clue how that could even be possible. Just seems Dyson doesn't want to repair expensive defective components (~$100). Unfortunately, I have to ship my vacuum to them since I live in the Akron area and they are the closest service center.

I brought my DC14Animal in for belt change not realizing along with that would be a clutch replacement. However, my Dyson is over 8 years old and the BEST vacuum I have owned. Robert Kilroy took care of the needed repair and even replaced the adjoining hose and cleaned the sole plate assembly free of charge. Also, not wanting to leave my vacuum and make a return trip, Robert was kind enough to set aside work and do my repair within 30 minutes. Fixed my Dyson in a timely manner. It was broke for over a year and they were able to fix it quickly (and on a Saturday), and all under warranty. It works like brand new now. It was worth the drive from Akron, although I wish they would open up a Cleveland service center!

Staff was very professional. My Dyson vacuum of almost 5 years lost it's suction power. Took it there. It took a few days to get it fixed due to parts had to be ordered but got it back and vacuum is working fine. Didn't have to pay. Thought of buying a different brand when the current vacuum dies but now will definitely buy Dyson vacuum when time comes.

Carpet area to try out the vacuums on. Also have some fans on display to try out, as well as the hair dryer. Takes a bit of time to get helped by a salesman, so if that’s a must have for you then you may be disappointed; but hands-off service seems to be the norm at vacuum stores (same case at Miele in Tyson’s). They seem to just let you mess around with the vacuums and make noise on your own, so if you like independent shopping/trying this is perfect! 5 stars because the salesman (if you do wanna talk to them) are nicer than Miele’s.

Took my 12 year old purple Dyson into service because the brush wasn't spinning. Found out my daughters long hair had burnt out the clutch. Service technician was outstanding! Had my vacuum repaired and out the door within 15 minutes.

I took my Dyson in because the suction in the hose wasn't working well and it was making a rather loud noise when turned on. I hadn't had time to clean the vacuum out like I normally do and was embarrassed to even take it into the store but the man who helped me today was nice and professional. I didn't feel any judgement from him, only myself lol. He cleaned the vacuum and fixed the issues. It took less than 10 minutes. No charge. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

The gold standard. That's what I thought about Dyson before I ever bought one. Then then one day I bought one. Got a great deal at Costco. I used the vacuum for typical carpet cleaning for the first year. One day I decided to use the wand attachment and there was an issue with the connector piece. (I'm a reasonable person and I understand that these things happen. No product is perfect...but....Time to cash in on that outstanding Dyson 5-year warranty!) So I contacted customer service and they had me send in some photos. Upon review they set up a service call locally and directed me to the Dyson Service Center in nearby Hilliard Ohio. I went there on a Saturday expecting to have to drop the unit off and then come back a few weeks later to pick it up. But I was wrong. I brought the vacuum into the service center and was greeted right away with a smile from a professional gentleman. He asked me to explain the issue with the vacuum and I showed him. He scratched his head and said he would be right back. He wasn't joking. It took him about 10 seconds to go into the back room come out with a replacement part, swap it out with the defective part on my vacuum, and asked if there was anything else. I could hardly believe it. I had expected to be out of a vacuum for a couple weeks...but wow, everything was taken care of, on the spot, right away! Thank you Dyson for having a TOP NOTCH service center in my area. Thank you Dyson for exceeding my expectations.

I have a Rapunzel at home, fortunately, I also have a Dyson. None of the vacuums i had in past last more than 2 years. After 4 years abuse my Dyson ran perfect till yesterday. I went to this service center for help. Within 30 seconds the problems were identified and within 5 minutes 2 new parts were replaced. The best part of my story is: all the parts and service are free. Thanks for Dyson designed such a good product which every part is so easy to replace, and also thanks to the service people who gives me such a good customer experience. I can't say thanks enough to these wonderful people.

I came in with a broken vacuum and left with a new vacuum. They were short handed with staff, but the gentleman, Glenn, helped us very well. Gave us a trade in and a discount that was very good towards a new Animal 2Total Clean upright model. We had the Animal DC14 for ~15 years. We would highly recommend getting your Dyson serviced there.

I recommend this place to anyone who needs their Dyson products serviced. I have a Dyson stick vacuum that crapped out a few months after purchase. (TBH, I was quite ticked off that it stopped working since my Dyson upright vacuum, which I've had for 5+ years, works just fine and has never required servicing.) I was in and out of this service center in about 15 minutes. Carlos assisted me by not only fixing the problem (it was a faulty battery), but also helping me unload the vacuums from my vehicle. (FYI: I brought vacuums in to ensure that all is fine.) There was no charge for the service since my stick vacuum is under warranty. I'm happy to know that this service center exists. Their showroom is clean and includes just about all the products Dyson makes. They also have an incentive program where you can trade in your old Dyson and receive credit toward a purchase of a new one. I'm more confident about purchasing Dyson products in the future. If you have a refurbished product and there is a problem with it, don't bother, even though you have the product warranty. I don't know why, but this is what I have experienced with them. They treated me quite indifferently, would not talk to me in any words, just left yourself in embarrassment. All you can feel is the discrimination they showed for people who bought the refurbished product. By the way, buying the refurbished is no mistake at all. Please treat fairly.
Took in my 10+ year old Dyson that had suddenly stopped working. I thought maybe it was done for good. They identified the problem and fixed the plug within 15 minutes. No charge. Made my day to get it fixed so quickly and easily.

Location is a little odd, but the sales/repair people were very helpful. I went in to get my 7+ year old Dyson fixed. I was able to trade in my old broken Dyson for a discount on a new one, and they had a 20% off sale, so I got quite a deal on a new one. I love the new one.

I dropped my older Dyson off on Wednesday because it had a hole in the hose and the clip holding the handle was broken, so when you tried to vacuum the handle came off. I also asked that it be cleaned out (we have dogs..) if that was something that they offered. The gentleman I gave it to (who turns out to be the "lead tech") was friendly, took my information, and said it would be ready before the weekend. I get an email that it's ready on Friday, show up, and Will (employee) asked what was wrong with it. He guessed that the vacuum was hard to push so he fixed the vacuum head. I told him that wasn't the problem, and showed him the broken clip and the hole in the hose. He fixed it in about 10 minutes, apologized profusely, and said there were no notes on the vacuum about why it was broken. The vacuum wasn't clean.. so maybe that's something that they don't offer? But the rest of the vacuum works fine now.

Both gentleman who helped me with parts were fantastic, and I was in and out within 15 minutes, armed with the information and parts I needed to get our DC25 back in operation. Needed to find a part that was broken on my vacuum. The techs suggested looking up our warranty, which I didn't even know we had. It was expired, however, they were VERY helpful in assisting me and getting the correct part without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thanks guys! We had to wait about 15 mins in a very nice show room. When our turn he serviced our vacuum very quickly and it was all covered under warranty. Brought in our ~10 year old Dyson slim DC18, couple of issues with it....Trent was super helpful, after checking it out, detailed out what the repairs would be....then said we'd get 30% off if we wanted to trade it in on a new unit....went with the trade, got a new Dyson Ball w/ 5 year warranty for only $60 more than repairing the old one...and he registered it for us and assembled it (not a hard assembly, but awesome that he offered!). Great service, glad the only service center in OH is 15 mins from downtown Columbus!

I called on 3/3/16 to see if they had time to look at my Dyson Ball Animal; the brush was not working most of the time anymore. I talked to Adam, he said bring it in, he will look at it and then we would go from there. I brought it in the next day, Adam was there. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and a smile. =) No charge. Super fast, SUPER friendly and now my Dyson works again! Thank you so much Adam! You are the BEST!

This morning I brought my sweeper in for repair. The switch was not working and when I explained what was going on he took the sweeper to the back. Fixed the switch in 10 minutes at no charge!! Worth the drive!!
Trent assisted me, was helpful and made the repair while I waited. They treat you like they want your loyalty. Except job in and out in 20 minutes. I will remain a loyal Dyson customer
11/16/16 update - Rachel, the Regional Service Manager, reached out to me early on Monday 11/14/16 to address the issue of the store closing early on Friday. She was sincerely apologetic and went out of her way to help me and even offered to ship my Dyson to the shop for free. I took my Dyson to the shop on Monday and Rachel gave me a free cleaning in addition to the repair that was covered under warranty. I got my Dyson back today and am happy that it is running again and as clean as when it was new. I really appreciate Rachel's exceptional customer service and everything she did to help me :-) 11/11/16 - The posted hours of operation are 8:00-4:30, however, when I arrived at 4:20 the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. My review may change if I am able to get my Dyson in for repair, but for now I am highly dissatisfied after driving 20 minutes only to find that they closed early. Incidentally, I called earlier in the day and they confirmed they were open until 4:30.

I brought two Dyson vacuum cleaners for repairs. One under the warranty, the second out of warranty. The store repaired the one under the warranty, the charges to repair the second one were too high to worth repairing. As a result, I ended up throwing away the one without warranty. The one still under the warranty was repaired by the store, and only lasted a week. Now I have to drive back a second time for the same issue.

I heard from my mom that you can take your Dyson vacuum there, and they will fix any suction issues. I brought mine today and the gentleman fixed it perfectly! I couldn't wait to use it!
I came in to see if my vacuum could be repaired, and the associate determined right away that it could, but would be pretty costly since it was out of warranty. I already kind of expected this. I was able to trade in my broken vacuum for a discount on an already on sale model. The associate was friendly and very knowledgeable, who didn't try to oversell anything. I had a great experience!
I wish I had taken notice of the man who helped but service was beyond exceptional. Patient, fast and professional customer service and support. Dyson cares, at least at this store, about their customers and their products. Small store with very limited seating. It's better to drop off machine and come back later rather than waiting inside the store.

Great customer service and the employees there really know their products and how to diagnose the issues quickly. Unfortunately that can’t be said for their chat support which is terrible, slow and its quite bad with helping you, especially Julia as she wasted 30 minutes of my time and left me even more frustrated as I was a loyal Dyson customer.
