Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service from Superior Chem-Dry. When I called to book, I left a message. I received a friendly call-back from Robert. We booked and he sent a text reminder of the appointment (super helpful). The service itself was excellent as well. On time, they put down cloths on the floor. They changed their shoes to indoor shoes! And our carpets were cleaned a look good.
