Had ice dam issue over the winter. My insureance company recommended Andi and steamatic. In helping with restoring my house back from the damage the water created. Andi lined up the electrical people ,carpentry, insulation, drywall, paint, window blind ect. Organized a scheldule and with my ok, put into place. It all worked very well. Any issues were resolved in a timely manor. Communication was great. This job meant a few weeks at a hotel. At the end Steamatics cleaning crew cleaned carpet ceiling & walls. Upstairs rooms and downstairs. (Very thorough) Home turned out GREAT! 5 Stars to Andi and Steamatic.

Best experience ever. I live in a twin home and in june we got water in the basement. The owner of them home hired a different company to dry, replace part of the pad and clean the carpet. Over a month later they completed their work. It was just horrible. They actually added stains into my carpet. I took matters into my own hands and called steamatics. They got me in and done within two days of calling. When I came home today my carpets looked awesome. My house smells so good. They arrived early, were professional and just made me feel like they wanted to really help me out. I would recommend this company to anyone out there. The lady on the phone, I believe her name was Sara who books was great as well. Hands down so happy I can live in the basement again after over a month (trust me, the husband and I need the separate space...for some reason he does not want to watch the bachelorette w me haha) thanks again for your service!!!

Steamatic did a great job at my house cleaning up soot damage. Their staff was courteous, prompt and made a stressful situation nearly painless. Everyone was great to work with from the first phone call to they day they delivered an area rug back to me. They cleaned every surface until it shined and even places I didn't expect them to. I was so happy with the job they did with cleaning, I had them back the next week to clean out my dryer vent and that crew was great too! Top-notch company!

Our experience was terrible, the carpets were left absolutely soaked. They came back with extractors equipment when asked, but the service recovery otherwise was minimal. If you hire this company, do not pay for the job until it is complete to your satisfaction.

Andy was fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and detailed on inspecting the problem, and explaining how they were going to remediate the issue. He was very kind and patient in explaining things. Fantastic follow thru, answers his phone with any questions, on time, and very detailed in his work and confidence. He won our trust! The men that came to work on the house were Aaron and Bryce. They called ahead and told me they were on their way. On time. They were very respectful of my house and a pleasure to talk to. Aaron is very knowledgeable, explained everything again, answered all my questions with confidence! They both got to work and called me when they were almost done. Very nice young men. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything as if they weren't even here. I HIGHLY recommend Andy, Aaron and Bryce. My experience from start to finish was fantastic.

Eli showed up right on time. He assessed what needed to be done and addressed all of our concerns/ trouble spots. We've used cheaper/other companies in the past and none of them even come close to the professionalism and great job that Eli did on our carpets. He also scotch guarded and wiped down all the baseboards! Don't be fooled by "super fast dry times". If you want your carpet cleaned than have them cleaned the right way, with steam. Better yet, just do yourself a favor and call steamatic. You won't be disappointed. I personally guarantee it!

Steamatic is by far the best around for service and carpet cleaning in the tri state area! I had them clean our carpets when we moved into our new home and they did a excellent job. The carpet looked like new again. The price was right, the service was great, and my house smelled like a new home again. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done.
