CAUTION - NEW MANAGER 2016 - NO QUALITY CONTROL I was a loyal customer of 5 years with Merry Maids for routine residential biweekly service. They went through some recent staffing changes, including a new manager. I called the local manager, Monica to notify her of some quality issues, I was finding slime in my master bath tile . She was so unprofessional and rude, and basically told me she has no time for this, she has many new customers to take care of. I asked for a quality check person to assess the clean, she refused and said "were too busy for that, we're understaffed." I then called the her manager, Dawn, who runs the Grand forks and Fargo franchise. She unfortunately was bias to a one sided story told by Monica and was also unwilling to take the complaint seriously and have someone perform a quality check. Instead, she told me they had many good reviews lately and when I asked if the reviews were for the same person who cleaned my house, she hesitated and said no. I ended up deciding I could no longer hire a company who does not respond to a loyal regular customer of 5 years. Who not only blatantly ignored my concers but also made me feel bad for burdening them with customer feedback. I have been a customer longer than some of these managers have been working for the company. It's a shame how poor management forces customers right out the door. The "service" was so poor the last few months that it left SLIME and mold in my MASTER BATHROOM and kitchen sink. It is an unhealthy environment for children and certainly NOT worth paying a lot of money for. As I stood there in the office, they had one compaint after another, all handled by Monica whose repetitive theme was the customer is always WRONG. Under this new management, I would never recommend Merry Maids of Fargo.

DO NOT hire these people!! Terrible experience. Lazy, or else poorly trained workers. Countertops, bathrooms, vacuuming...never done completely. My home is very clean being we have no children or pets and they couldn't even get ours done properly. Had to contact manager on 3 separate occasions to inform them of the terrible job that was done and one time I found globs hair on my refrigerator door and dishwasher! Gross!!! Go anyplace else but here! I'd give them less than one star if I could

Deep cleaning needs to be reviewed with staff. I specifically went through what was important, blinds and wood work. I walked through while they were packing up and they did not do any blinds or wood work in the basement, or office. They did not clean the sink in the utility room or wipe down the counter. Basement carpet was hit and miss vacuumed. After they left, I looked at the stairs, they did not vacuum them at all! They did not wipe down the baseboards. Really disappointed and paid a lot including tip for each of them.

I have had an excellent experience with Merry Maids. They are quick, efficient, and thorough. They always come on the day they are scheduled, and they bring their own supplies and equipment. I love coming home to a clean home that smells great!

I'm listing my house for sale in a few days and wanted it cleaned really good after having painters, plumbers, electricians, and other construction work done. They were great to work with and were able to get someone here on a Saturday ALL DAY (9-5:30!!!). She (Tanya) was by herself, but did an AWESOME job on everything that I requested and then some! She was VERY friendly and explained what she had done and what she was going to do... And did it! I'd HIGHLY recommend them (her) again!!!

I have the gals going to my son and daughter- in laws house in Fargo. They started out with a deep clean which was amazing!! And are going every 3 weeks on a regular basis while they are pregnant with twins. Have never had an issue with them, doing a great job each time and if needed they are very flexible!! I highly recommend them as we are very pleased!!

Hired Merry Maids to do a deep clean which was to includes dusting and washing blinds, taking down fixtures and washing them, washing baseboards,washing exterior cabinets, vacuuming all carpet, and furniture, moving furniture. Not,only did they not dust or wash the blinds they. managed to damage our stainless ssteel fridge. Pretty sure they didn't take down fixtures and wash them, They maybe wiped them down, but we paid for a deep clean and only got a moderately surface clean. They also were in my work shop. Why you ask? Good question. They had no reason to be in there. Then they left a note saying no payment received and they would be charging my credit card on file. We left a check and gift cards as well as a generous tip. Which now I feel was most assuredly not deserved. Horrible horrible service. We paid them to do a job and they half-assed it. Never ever will I hire them. They did make sure to misplace every thing so that you could tell they were there and so you could go back and put everything back where it was the hevy smelling cleaning solution they used (where they used it) was awful.

Customer service isn't the greatest. Hard to get answers. They did a decent job. Now if only Management would get back to there loyal customers we wouldn't have an issue.
