I requested a move out cleaning for a property we own that was used as a rental. I indicated the location was extremely dirty (on a rating of 1-10 - it was an 11). They did get the house much cleaner than it was - my expectation was it would be a 1 after they cleaned. I would not give it an 1 as there were a few items that were not as clean as I expected. If more hours of cleaning were needed I would have paid more to get it done right. If everything was as clean as expected, I would have given a 5, it was still so much better than before so I settled on a 4.
