They were about to come out with very short notice. The carpeting had a variety of issues...pet stains, food stains, traffic areas, rust, mildew and even wax from a candle. The carpet was almost dry to the touch. He did a fabulous amazing job. I will certainly use them again for my steam cleaning needs!

We had them come out to Edgeley, ND to clean a house in prep for sale. The house was very dirty. K&S did general cleaning and carpet cleaning. They sent a crew of 3 guys. They got a lot of it clean but missed some closets, window sills, and other areas. We were billed about 990 for just the general cleaning which came for a 3 man total of 16.5 hours. We noticed some of the problem areas when we made the sale which in fairness was about a month later. In speaking with Kevin about our concerns, we were able to come to an agreement on a discount. This was good as he did that with just my word as the new owners have cleaned up the missed areas. I will not recommend nor tell you to avoid them.
