Contacted them April 3rd for mold remediation. I was told withith a week I would have the quote for the work I've called and emailed since then and ZERO RESPONSE. My home is still 100% gutted from florence and I'm just trying to find a company to 1. SHOW UP 2. Give me the written estimate since I am paying out of pocket and. 3. Start work ASAP bc it's been 7 months and I want to go home. Third mold remediation company to waste my time.

Be very careful using this service. I needed a large portion of my house gutted due to the hurricane. The whole sales team seemed very pleasant. Unfortunately only 2 people of a 12 person team showed up on the first day. The next day no one showed up. I had to go with a different company to get my work done and they still sent me a bill for $6300. After speaking with my contractor apparently this is a common occurrence.

Our house had a pervious owner that smoked religiously in the house and would soak in any fabric you would have in the house. ServPro was able to come out very quickly and clean our HVAC as well as deodorize our home. The house is now free of smoke smell! I was a little skeptical about whether it would get rid of the smell permitly or temporarily. But they did a fantastic job! I would recommend for this particular service.

Highly recommend ServPro for your restoration needs. We needed services after Hurricane Florence. When I called they were able to start the process right away. They did the initial inspection the next day. We had our quote two business days later, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The whole process took less than one business week. Kelly was so helpful throughout the process as it was not our primary home and were conducting business from afar. She answered all our questions, kept us posted on the progress, and was very professional. At no point did I feel like they were trying to push services we didn't need- they even recommended we have further testing (cheaper option) done before committing to services that we might not need.

We were hit hard by Hurricane Florence, having a large section of our roof stripped off down to the plywood. With that, and 4 days of continuous rain, came a lot of water damage and ensuing mold that formed after days of no AC. The first call I made was to my insurance company and the second call I made was to ServPro. ServPro got onsite fast, explained to us everything they were going to do and then got to work! They were very professional, extremely thorough, and gave my wife and I great peace of mind throughout the entire process. They completed demolition and mold remediation with the utmost efficiency and worked directly with my insurance company on the claim. They even provided onsite mobile storage units and moved our furniture out for us while they were working in the house! I was worried about the cost and if insurance would cover the entire amount, but with the measurements, readings and reports that ServPro provides, the insurance company would be hard pressed to deny that part of the claim. My insurance company covered 100% of my ServPro cost. We are now back in our home, and far ahead of most that had the extensive amount of damage that we had. That wouldn't have been possible without the services of ServPro. I highly recommend ServPro of Pender County!!

We came home last week-end to water everywhere! Called our Farm Bureau Insurance Agent and she called ServPro in Hampstead and they came on Sunday....we were amazed they responded so quickly and on Sunday. They quickly began work with tearing out damages and putting their equipment in to remove water and moisture. They came every day this week to check it and removed their equipment this past Friday. We were very pleased with their customer service, excellent knowledge and the tear out and clean up was great. Absolutely horrible service. I’m not even going to rant about everything that happened. It’s all nonsense. They came 3 times to do mold remediation and after the last time, my wife called Carla to see when we could schedule an appointment for repairs. She was very rude and had no interest in scheduling an appointment for the rest our repairs that has been going on for two months. If you’re needing repairs on your house, I’d go with someone else that will actually be willing to help you.

We had extensive water damage to our house, about half of the inside drywall and ceilings needed to be taken out and the house dried before construction could start. Crews were nice...when they showed up. After inspection and choosing their services, 1 person showed up the first day. We were told that 12 people would be there the next day, only 2 showed. The third day, no one called us or showed up at the house. After that we called and told them to come get their stuff. They came "first thing the next morning" (10:15am) to clear out.

My family and I experienced a small house fire the beginning of 2018. Most of our damage was contained to our master bath but the rest of our house was covered in soot and smelled of smoke. ServPro came out early the next morning to asses the damage and to develop a plan of restoration. They were quick and reliable with the whole process. The team working on our home was pleasant and Karen was always willing to answer all of our questions that came up during and after business hours! Our home was restored after a quick turnaround and was better than it was before! We’re so thankful for ServPro!
