Our water heater in our home broke after I was released from the hospital for some medical issues. My husband called Serv Pro and workers were dispatched immediately to take care of the problem. All the workers were professional, knowledgeable and timely. My husband and I were pleased with the work and would recommend this company to our friends and family. We had a water leak in our kitchen and I called ServPro to come in and remediate. I have to say I was very pleased with the quick response I received and the work they did was fast and thorough. Their employees were friendly and professional. They kept me informed with what they were doing and explained all procedures to me. They worked well with my insurance agent and contacted them when I needed additional work done. Will definitely call them again but hopefully I will not need to.

Servpro Raleigh, I'm very disappointed. Mr. Howe came out to assess my kitchen water damage but never sent me a quote. It's been a month! I had to call and remind Howe about his visit to my home and that I never got my estimate. I later emailed another reminder and he responded " due to all the recent frozen claims, I will not be able to complete your estimate in a timely manner due to my limits on being in the office. It may be a few weeks until I am able to do so." This is totally unacceptable and rude. Is this how you do business, by wasting the consumer's time? I can't recommend ServPro Raleigh, NC to anyone. From a customer service standpoint, you all need to address responsiveness and and work towards doing a better job of living up to your motto " 24 hour emergency service" After a month of waiting and broken promises, I called up ServePro Durham. They're running circles around you with responsive and are on the job. You guys need to get it together. Also, I still expect a response as promised...when you find time.

After a recent water loss at my home, my insurance company recommended I use ServPro of North Raleigh & Wake Forrest. The service was fairly prompt and they performed the water mitigation process. I was OK with most of the process. However; I had to continue to contact the ServPro offices in order to get when their personnel would show up at my property. Once the water recovery was complete the ServPro team did not clean out my home completely. Leaving wall stickers, taped up ceiling holes and staples in the floor and ceiling. While this was not an issue because I wanted to continue with ServPro for their repairs. However; after many requests on a quote for repairs. I never received one. I even called their office once and was promptly hung up on. Finally, I received a call in request of my email address for a repair quote almost 2 weeks later. I never received that either. I just wish they had told me they were too busy to continue with my recovery/repair process - or I would not have waited and continued with another service vendor.

The supply line to my sink busted last Thursday night right after I went to bed. Much to my surprise I woke up to a bedroom full of water in the middle of the night. I called my insurance company and they immediately recommended Servpro. I called them at 1 am, they were at my house by 2:00 am cleaning up the water. Despite the fact it was so late, the gentleman performing the work were so nice. They were able to explain the process to me and put me at ease. Needless to say I was freaking out a little bit. The ServPro team did an excellent job. I would most definitely recommend them and will use them again if a need arises in the future. Big thank you and shout out to Maribel Reyes and her teammates Randy and Jose. Everything was packed perfectly, well protected and handled with care. There was no damage whatsoever to any of my furniture. Maribel consistently checked with me throughout and before leaving making sure everything was to satisfaction. I don't know if ServPro lets you request a specific team or not but I would definitely recommend requesting Maribel and her team. You won't be sorry or disappointed...they were awesome!

The service at Serpro has been awesome. I, initially had two other companies come by to give me an estimate on the fire and smoke damage. Ivana, the supervisor explained every detail of the project. I was amazed at the test with the sponges to determine whether soot was present in many areas of my home. The other two companies did not use this procedure. Teresa, Brianna, Norma, Cassandra, Margareth, and Rosie were wonderful. They arrived in a timely manner and explained the entire process before beginning work. Each day I was given an update on the progress of my home. The crew cleaned up before leaving. Thank you for the professional job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am so very grateful to the employees at ServPro this location. When I had my house fire on August 6, 2018, I called ServPro. The next day Brandon called me, scheduled an appointment, came out accessed the damages, sat down with me to discuss in detail what needed to be done. Evauni oversaw the cleaning and Hermis water damaged. They did an awesome job. Everyone was so helpful and patience in explaining what needed to be done to get my house back in living conditions. They showed up within an hour of calling them and managed the entire situation very effectively. I had a HVAC condensate line leak ruining about 12 feet of wall and wood floor. Thinking I could save a little money and do it myself was a mistake. I was not only educated on the proper mitigation but also had the mold that was already growing inside the walls cleaned up. Next time I'll just start with the professionals and save myself the 4 days I spent last time doing it wrong.

My hot water heater leaked at my townhouse. Serve Pro arrived on the job within less than two hours. I have never seen such a thorough job of the drying out process and making sure all areas of any moisture were removed, like one panel in my dining area of the ceiling with the water heater being in the attic. This will be redone. I am so impressed. They are your go to company and Tammi was and has been patient and wonderful to work with.

I am the resident in my sister inlaws property and we had a leak behind the sink 4 months ago. We called Servpro to help with our small disaster. It has been the worst mistake I have made in a long time. The is absolutely no management, there is no schedule so they give you a day maybe 2 days in advance. Nobody knows what to do when they get here. When they do get here its a rush to get out. Organization is not visible. I have multiple areas of work started and not complete. The work is terrible. I have crooked cabinets on the wall. I have cracked tiles on my wall, my list is rediculous. I have staples left all over my house from day one. I would recommend anyone thinking about using this Branch to stop and hire anyone else. I am a retired contractor and thought it would be nice to let someone else handle the job. I am kicking myself for that decision. Even my neighbors went with others as they witnessed what was going on at my place. I wish I could post pictures here so everyone can see the magnitude of disorganization and What they expect full payment for. I will post again if and when they ever finish.

I want to start with saying Jamar & Michael gave very good 1st impression.They came to my house to clean my ducks. They were prompt and on time which in its self is impressive. They where Professional and very knowledgeable on what they were doing. They explained everything to me and what needed to be done.They were very patient with my daughter who is 4 years old and was very interested in what they were doing. Michael and Jamar were very clean and tidy. They made sure my house was clean from the dust from the vents. They cleaned out and making sure the area around them was dust free. To be honest they left my house cleaner then what it was b4 they came in. They were very thorough. They were very social and were very quick at their job. I couldn't have asked for better workers. BEWARE. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ BELOW & LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE I was stopped at a red light at Millbrook Rd. & Creedmoor Rd. on 4/6/16 when a Servpro truck drove past me in the left turn lane and ripped the mirror off of my truck. They did stop and acknowledge they hit me, and we pulled into a parking lot. A City of Raleigh Police Officer came out and generated an accident report, which includes a diagram showing the Servpro truck, which was wide since it was a dump-style truck, over the boundary line of their lane as they passed my stopped truck and making contact with my vehicle. The police report states that the Servpro truck passenger side mirror struck the driver side mirror of my truck. Carlton, the owner of Servpro, called me yesterday. The conversation lasted less than a minute, and consisted of him talking rapidly so as not to let me have time to speak. He said that he was not accepting any responsibility for the accident, and he is refusing to pay for any damages to my vehicle. He also said that he was calling his insurance company to instruct them not to pay for the damages to my truck. At the end of his rapid fire speech, I told him "I was stopped at a red light and was struck by your dump truck....how are you not at fault?" He said, "I already told you my position on the whole thing. If you think my insurance is going to pay..good luck to ya." He then abruptly hung up on me.

Maribel and her crew did a wonderful job with the pack out! From the minute we met them I was very impressed with their consideration, professionalism, courtesy and eagerness to understand our needs while delivering quality work. They were willing to incorporate any reasonable request into they're routine while being mindful of our home and belongings. After seeking guidance and recommendations from my law enforcement friends. Now, I see why they were so eager to recommend SERVPRO over their competitors. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!
