This company is amazing! This is the second time I have retained the services of Servpro of Nantahala and I would not use anyone else. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. Zach who led the crew at our house had the perfect mixture of hard work and compassion for our situation. They got the job done while preserving valuable and sentimental items in the house. This is a company who values both its customers and employees as well and it shows in the work and in my conversations with Branden the owner. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier for myself and my family.

My experience with Servpro of Nantahala was top notch. Attention to all details, customer servicer over the top and each day that my house was being "dried" out from severe water damage someone from the company stopped by to check to make sure everything was running properly and measured for the wetness. Part of our floor had a very expensive porous tile and these guys made sure we did not loose one tile nor did any break. If you are looking for a worry free solution when disaster hits your home call Servpro of Nantahala. I am glad I did!!!!

Can't say enough about Shawn and his crew. Walked into my vacation mountain home late on a Saturday afternoon and discovered flooding from a cracked toliet. He had 2 men out there within the hour to start the clean-up. Shawn was on top of the project for the next several mos overseeing all the repairs and was in frequent contact with me for updates. Finished product looks better than even before the flood. Hope to never need him again, but would not hesitate to call.

These people are the absolute worst!!!! I had a desperate flood in my place of business, they came, tore all of my trim off my walls(a business mind you) and simply left.....for two months we called them hoping to get this all fixed. Finally, a guy shows up unannounced, over two months after the fact, and basically blamed his lack of service on me..... like it never happened....lol ...not even close! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this outfit!

They made sure the roof was tarped so it wouldn't leak. He was up-front about everything and responded to my calls and questions promptly. He coordinated the whole job of repairing my house from start to finish. ( all while i was out of town). He and his staff are trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any and all construction projects

servpro said that said that they could do the work but up right until we were going to sign the contract then suddenly they told us that they could not do the the work. this has throwed us behind on getting our roof and our inside water damage fixed. we have had to start over from square one with a new contractor, i wish they had just told us from the beginning that they could not do the job or was not going to do the work.
