Upon returning from a seven day vacation, we discovered a water valve in an upstairs toilet had broken flooding all rooms upstairs and the garage. We called Servpro of Iredell County and they were at our home, on a Saturday, in 90 minutes. We contacted our insurance company which said Servpro was a good choice. Servpro not only took care of removing all damaged areas affected by the flooding, they worked with the insurance adjuster in performing all necessary repairs. What made us comfortable about Servpro is that Thomas Wechter, Production Manager, said that he worked for us and that Servpro was there to make sure we were satisfied with their work. It was quite a process but, everyone on the crew assigned to our home was gracious, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend them and hope we will never have to call them again...but, if we need to, we will use Servpro. Pat and Sonja Shannon

I called to make an appointment a week ago. They took all my info and scheduled for this week. The morning of the scheduled appointment they call and say it's too far. Thanks for wasting my time. This is information that would have been useful last week. Now I'm back to square one. Disrespectful and rude. Take your business somewhere else.

We had a burst pipe due to freezing temperatures. My insurance agent had me call Servpro of Iredell County. Honestly, I had heard of Servpro before but wasn't sure what they did. Everyone I dealt with was professional and nice. They handled all the paperwork directly with my insurance company so we didn't have to. I know that with the recent weather they had a lot of jobs going on, but they made me feel like I was important to them. I would definitely call them again if another pipe breaks.
