I can not recommend this company enough. Let me tell you my story. On a Sunday evening, there was a massive rainstorm. So much so that my deck flooded into my home and into where I work as well as the room where my wife and I sleep. Keep in mind this is a weekend. Upon calling ServPro I had a responding call back within minutes and spoke with Van who could not have been more friendly and understanding in this situation. When I say they look out for you, I don't just mean in making sure your home is stabalized. Van took went the extra mile and even tried to keep costs to a minimum because of how the flood seemed at the time, having a higher risk of not being covered by my insurance. He dispatched 2 of the nicest people I could possibly meet and deal with. Andrew and Josh came into my home and went straight to work. Even after being called in on their Sunday evening, and away from their families they took the time to not just do an AMAZING job, but take the time to explain everything to me in full detail. THEN Andrew and Josh could see that our bedroom was a wreck, and helped me move some items upstairs to another room to help us be more comfortable. These kind men did this on their own without having to be told by a boss or anything, they just wanted to make sure our home was stabalized and not just from water, but my wife and I were comfortable. Upon coming back on Tuesday, they had done such a great job that my floors are dry. They continued to be a shining example of what good service is and between Andrew, Josh and Van, ServPro will ALWAYS be a place I trust and will bring my business. Water damage never happens at a good time but ServPro made this experience much easier to live with. They called within an hour of me notifying my insurance company and would have come out that night but I decided the next day would be so enough and they were out with a team early the next morning. They packed and inventoried all damaged items and dried the basement with equipment. What a first class group of folks. I WIULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SerPro to Friends and neighbors!!!!!!! Great Job SerPro!!!!!
