Just had one of their employees pull out right in front of me causing me to slam on the breaks then they continued to go 35mph in a 45 zone for several miles just to be extra. Teach your employees how to drive.

Waited. Still waiting actually. Team from Texas was supposed to be here. Scheduled, didn't show. Rescheduled, didn't show. Re rescheduled, no calls from them, no texts, just nothing. Like a game of scheduling and not showing up. I will try to reply to this if I can to update. SERVPRO will never be called again. If you call for any services, expect the very minimum. I have moved on but missed 2 half days of work that I am not in position to miss.
