We had a flood in our house on Christmas morning and called ServPro. Despite the fact that it was Christmas they sent someone out immediately and set up industrial fans and dehumidifier. Despite those efforts the wood flooring in our entire house needed to be replaced. We were getting ready to leave for a lengthy vacation and panicked about having to deal with insurance and packing up the contents of the entire house. Servpro mad a lot of big promises that they would take care of everything and they we didn’t need to do a thing. Amazingly, they met or exceeded their promises. We did nothing and when we returned we had a beautiful new floor and our house was like we never left. Cannot recommend Servpro enough, thank-you!!

The experience was certainly disruptive, but the crews of clean-up experts, movers, flooring installers and painters were beyond expectation. They all helped make a bad situation more bearable, and when they were done it was just like the slogan says...."Like it Never Happened."

Wes Haynes and Clark from the Brunswick office of ServPro were awesome. They came right away on a Saturday, they were professional, friendly and really cold not have done a better job. Most importantly, they talked my wife off the ledge after we had a pipe burst on our house and had to have the rugs removed, and house dried out. Highly recommended

Servpro did a great job when we had a slow plumbing leak that caused extensive damage. They did the remediation (and mold treatment) as well as coordinated the repairs from the water leak (sheetrock, carpeting, trim carpentry, and painting). They laid out a schedule and managed to it. Quality of the work was very good and the crews were on time and courteous.

After a recent water leak that went unnoticed for hours and resulted in some pretty significant water damage, it was such a relief that a SERVPRO representative was so quickly on scene to begin the process of saving and restoring our hardwood floors to their original condition by removing water that had saturated the wood. The process although long in time to accomplish was well worth the wait as it saved us probably hundreds of dollars in replacement costs. We were also thoroughly impressed with the technician, Greg Bennett, who began the cleanup and checked on its progress with visits everyday to our house during the 7 day process. He not only was well qualified in what he was doing, but certainly put my wife and I at ease by answering any questions we had during our difficult time and demonstrated a genuine understanding of what we were going through. We can see why our insurance carrier uses SERVPRO as they are a professional company that does great work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!++++
