Horrible. I don't think anyone would hire this company outside of insurance. They are a scam. Not doing what they say and not doing what needs to be done is their way. Gross negligence would describe them best. If u don't know what should be done get an outside consultant because they will take advantage of the elderly. But hey they have good fans and matching trucks...

When a pipe burst in our home, Servpro was quick to respond and had a crew there within an hour of us noticing the water damage. The damage done to our home was extensive, and with a newborn baby, we were devastated. But Servpro made the whole process much easier. When Jan Paul, the project manager, was assigned to our case, the renovations started moving very quickly. Jan was available all hours of the day, every day, and kept us informed of exactly what was going on every step of the way. He was easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the process. We are so pleased with the work that was done and our home looks better than it did before. With no experience handling such matters the adjuster agreed to contact someone for me which was Servpro of Asheville. Mr. Jan Paul took charge for me and negotiated the purchase of a new building as well as the dismantling and removal of the old one by Servpro. Chris and team were quick to respond to a busted fitting while nobody was home. Water damage ran throughout first floor of home. With me being in the process of a move and new job, I needed their support much more than if I was living at home. They stepped in and put my mind at ease. I wasn’t there to see the damage, Chris walked through it all on the phone with me. He gave me the positive in the situation, saying it could’ve been much worse. The Servpro team took great care with my many antique furniture items from Asia and made sure all areas were clean and dry. Chris asked me about any items they needed to take special care of and made sure he noted them to the teams. After all the repairs in the home they came back and placed everything back to its original order, including closets etc. boxes were labeled for major fragile items and my valuables were placed away. During the repairs with the hone contractor, Servpro worked hand in hand to walk through areas that needed repairs and make sure the communication was there. Chris and team took such great care of my home, my things and myself. I couldn’t have kept up with my new job and go through this across country without them. They responded within 2 hours to my call and were there with immediate responses throughout. I highly recommend Servpro of Asheville east for any home damage emergencies. Chris and his team are wonderful and very trustworthy. I’m happy to know there are still businesses out there with caring people.
