ServPro professionally and efficiently handled the clean up, packing and storing of our property after our house fire earlier this year. They also took care of the demo and cleaning of the inside of the house. Their production manager, Tammy, was awesome to work with--she was thoughtful and compassionate and took the time to be VERY thorough with explanations for any and all of our questions. She was always reachable and prompt with returning calls which was so important during this process. She was very knowledgeable and made sure every detail was taken care of. Very thankful for her and even more thankful to be back in our home again!

Mike and his crew answered our call at 12:30 in the morning and were expeditious in getting to our home and immediately getting to work. They took the time to not only do their job well, but educate us as to what they were doing and provide us with much needed comfort. I can honestly say they went above and beyond and gave us A+ service. The day after we have received multiple follow ups and a plan of action to restore our home back to normalcy. We are grateful for their kindness, customer care and ability to be a calming presence in a time of distress.
