PLEASE STOP CALLING ME! I’ve asked you that for over a year now. And I’ve said that if I need your service I will call you. However you continue to call. I also find your emails hilarious that have a subject line reading “your appointment” to confuse the customer into thinking that they’re made an appointment. If you just listened to me the first time and stoped calling until I needed your service you would still have this customer but consider yourself down one less customer and please remove my number from your call list!

Had an estimate over the phone. I already had gutter guards on lower level of house and figured they would consider that after they came out for service. No adjustments to bill. Tried to contact several times to see if they would adjust bill as they only needed to clean upper floor gutters. I must say it’s easier to get a hold of the IRS. Although they did come out on schedule and finished in about 15 minutes. I still feel they over charged and are very difficult to contact.

Very unprofessional business. Will charge you for free quote and then say they came to your house to clean gutters and didn't. This business os a scam and desperatefor money, shop around before hiring these folks!

I just had a very VERY bad experience with this company. They were the first people I talked to about cleaning my gutters. I gave them my address and described my two story house, talked about coupons, etc and arrived at a price. After some calls for quotes from other vendors they were in the right range and had decent availability. I called back to schedule and we found the first rep got my street address wrong. After correcting the address they increased my quote by 100%. Still the same 2 story house. Still the same square foot footprint. Now they want twice the money - I say because of my (fancy) address/neighborhood. Beware, shop around, and shop local, not to the 800 number call center from Ned Stevens I'm calling the local guy back and paying a smidge more and waiting a little longer. Why? He stayed on the phone with me and described the job and issues to watch for even AFTER he realized he wasn't going to get the job because he could not come out for a couple of weeks. I should have gone with his quality over the fictitious price and promise of speed to begin with.

I initially had Ned Stevens come to my home to clean my gutters. They came out, cleaned and tightened the gutters. This was an easy no hassle experience. Later, they called and stated the technician said I should replace some of the gutters and they offered a window cleaning. Said yes to both. A few months later, they came to install the gutters but said they were not qualified for this type of gutter installation. They also said my window cleaning would be double the quoted price. They were extremely professional and by no means are they trying to take your money. It seems they only want the easy jobs. So, if you have a newer house with newer windows and standard gutters, I’d give them a try. They are refunding my money and they apologized for the confusion. No hard feelings, just beware of getting quotes over the phone.

This business is a borderline scam. I was told my gutters would be cleaned, no need to be home. Several weeks go by and I didn’t hear anything so I assumed everything was fine. Then during a bad storm it didn’t seem like my gutters were draining very well so I called the company. They inform me that they were unable to service my house. That’s it. No notification, nothing. Just decided not to do it. Unclear if they were planning on refunding my money or not had I not called.

I will not recommend Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning. Not sure how they had very high ratings on Home Advisor. I was told by a friend that the pricing was very reasonable and since the home size was the same, I called them and the price quoted to me was more than double - very high. Also, the representative on the phone was arrogant. He said that they don't give appointments and that once the work is completed we would know. Left a bad taste...

Took all day to get someone to return call for estimate only for the lady to say, oh we stopped installing gutters 15 years ago... need to update web page because it Clearly States that they do. The lady pretty much called me a liar so I hung up.. if I could post a picture of their website I would with the words circle “gutter guard installion” can’t fix stupid

Absolutely great service! Just a quick note, all the other companies I called were either unprofessional, unorganized or just never called me back. From the moment I got on the phone with the rep to the scheduling process that they made easy to the workers being on time and very professional was great! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality home service provider.
