This is not a criticism. Your folks are excellent in every way. But there is one funny thing that keeps happening. I am tall; over 6 feet. So on our queen master bed I added a "tuck strip" to the foot of the top sheet because when I stretch out at night sometimes the sheet would pull out and leave my feet uncovered. Usually it appears the ladies making the bed can't figure out why that strip is there. Sometimes the double the strip back, sometimes they put it at the head of the bed. This despite the fact the sheet they are removing also has one and has been made up correctly. I normally have to remake the bed after they leave. Again, not a big deal. Thanks

We have been using Merry Maids for a while now and they do a great job! We have a dog and cat that shed a ton of pet hair. After Merry Maids cleans our home, it looks like we have no pets! No cat or dog hair anywhere! They also do a great job with the overall cleaning of our home and tackle any items I want them to pay special attention to. They come to our house every other week and it has been such a time saver.

Thanks for asking. I’d like the ladies to take more care when vacuuming. Our freshly-painted baseboards and furniture have marks where the vacuum has hit them. Also, They take time to “fluff” the tissues and paper hand towels, but I’d rather they not touch them. Germs from cleaning are too easily spread. Otherwise, I’m satisfied.

Merry Maids of Charlotte makes the process of hiring a cleaning service so incredibly easy! Not only are they reasonably priced, but they will cater their services to your needs. Denise came for the estimate and totally knew her stuff... she confirmed exactly what we use to clean our wood floors so she could ensure her team used the same! Seems like a small detail but my mom's floors were ruined when some other service used a common wood cleaner on them - you never know how wood floors will react with different products. Merry Maids of Charlotte is attentive, responsive and my go-to from here on out :)

We highly recommend them for everything - move-in/move-out, spring cleaning, bi-weekly cleanings, etc. They are super thorough, very professional, and strive to make the customer happy. I have contacted the office to request a certain focus for our appointments (baseboards or really get the floors good bc my son tossed his food too many times (lol), or blinds, etc) and they deliver each and every time. I pick up my house daily so we don't have lots of stuff around for them to pick up before they clean so I feel like we really get our moneys worth as they can spend their time cleaning instead of picking up. Initially, the owner personally came to our home for an interview and assessment - which I loved instead of an over the phone square footage estimate which assumes something about the tidiness of your home/decor. I felt like Susan (owner) gave us a fair and reasonable assessment and pricing package. The owner and office staff have also reached out periodically to check-in and get a "pulse" on our satisfaction. The owner, office staff, and cleaning crews take pride in their work and it shows. Excellent customer service and excellent cleaning services. Plus, they use those fancy little stickers to show the toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels are tidy like in high-end hotels!

We had floors installed and my husband requested they come and vacuum, dust, wash bathrooms and floors. For the most part it was done, however, they didn't move the sink rug , they washed one window but left the other undone, cleaned around items on the bathroom sink kitchen counter. Now I know this was supposed to be pretty but it kinda grosses me out when they pull the facial tissues out with their hands to make a 'pretty flower'. And something new I've never seen is they emboss the toilet tissue with a metal stamp- my mom said both rolls were damp where they were stamped. I would rather they took the time to clean instead of trying to make my bathroom look like a hotel room. My husband gave them 5 stars but he didn't know realize what wasn't done.

Once a month since September (four times so far), Merry Maids have cleaned my apartment. Different people have done the work each visit, two times only one person came to do the work, two people another time, and three another time. The cleaning has always been thorough, conscientious, and orderly. The quality of the service has varied between being excellent and superior. The support from the office staff at Merry Maids has been outstanding as well. For instance, the day before each scheduled cleaning service I receive a reminder alert via email, giving me plenty of time to reply if I would need to change the scheduled hour or reschedule the date. On the day of the cleaning, when the merry maids themselves are on their way to my apartment, the office calls to tell me they are on their way. Having used other cleaning services in the past that I couldn't recommend highly (or at all), I can confidently and highly recommend Merry Maids.

Once a month since September (four times so far), Merry Maids have cleaned my apartment. Different people have done the work each visit, two times only one person came to do the work, two people another time, and three another time. The cleaning has always been thorough, conscientious, and orderly. The quality of the service has varied between being excellent and superior. The support from the office staff at Merry Maids has been outstanding as well. For instance, the day before each scheduled cleaning service I receive a reminder alert via email, giving me plenty of time to reply if I would need to change the scheduled hour or reschedule the date. On the day of the cleaning, when the merry maids themselves are on their way to my apartment, the office calls to tell me they are on their way. Having used other cleaning services in the past that I couldn't recommend highly (or at all), I can confidently and highly recommend Merry Maids.
