Not a good company that honors what they say.service was not up to par,..two girls came in different times and one of the girls was slow and lazy,in two hours she wiped appliances down which left a filmy shine, i had to do over and she wiped counters and had to leave. The other stayed in the basement for 3 hours mostly, did an ok job however it just needed vacuuning mostly... told the owner, no apology or offering to send someone else... kinda told me i was not fit for the company!WHAT??? I told her i had a video to show i didnt get what i paid for which she said 5 1/2 hours entire house would be done . Wow!! Cant believe it, i would have expected a bit more professionalism. Would not reccomend but give 2 stars for a cleaned basement.

Horrible! Did not even touch areas they said they cleaned. Some areas "cleaned" were dirtier than before they got there. They are super quick to tell you about their 24 hour clean guarantee where they will come back out and fix any issues. If re-dos are a standard operating procedure something is wrong. In my fast paced life I don't have time for a company to not perform and then have to make accommodations for their re-do of something they should have done right the first time. Also beware of their pricing. The initially quoted me $260 then when I said let me think about it they contacted me back with a "special" for the "same" service at $189....I was suckered by my desire to save a buck! Should have known better to go with this company but was in a hurry and trusted they would at least do a decent job...boy was I wrong! UPDATE: Steve from MaidPro's corporate contacted me immediately upon receiving my feedback and took action to listen to the issues and acknowledge the situation. At least at the corporate level MaidPro is paying attention.

The owner is very kind and very giving of his time trying to make the customer happy. They use very gentle cleaners and Mircofiber towels on all surfaces, so if you're wanting a shiny pledge clean you'll have to get that pre-approved with them. They do everything safe for pets and kids, so if you want gentle, safe cleaners you'll love them. It's not quite the cleaning service I was looking for, but they are very nice and did do some nice Special touches. They did do an awesome job scrubbing the toilets that were stained from previous renters. They're a new company, so keep in mind they are still getting their experience and efficiency down.

I just bought a home and needed my house cleaned prior to moving in my family and baby girl. My biggest request was to dust the house which wasn't done. The kitchen cabinets, sofa chair cushions, base boards, light fixtures just to list a few were not completed to my surprise. The house didn't have a lot of heavy duty cleaning it was mostly dust issues. The main floor was probably the only thing that was sweeped and moped. I was not please at all and awaiting for a manager to reply to my concerns and phone call. I work too hard to throw away money.

I can't recommend this company enough, after my first deep clean experience with them. Brianne, Shanda, and Cole came to kick off my service with MaidPro and I'm very satisfied (thrilled might be a better word) with the service! They were very kind and considerate as I worked from home while they were cleaning. They were funny and clearly enjoyed working together. They did a GREAT job cleaning and I was beyond happy with how everything turned out. There were little touches that made their service unique - they left fancy folded towels in the bathroom, they folded the toilet paper, they left chocolate mints in my kitchen, and they arranged my kids' stuffed animals in fun ways for them to discover after school. My son was so excited to see Elmo propped up on his bed, wearing sunglasses and "reading" a book. Those little touches really set this team apart, on top of the fantastically clean house I have enjoyed all day. I look forward to having them back on a regular basis in a few weeks!

Yay I'm a fan! During a particularly busy time in my life, I decided that it would be best to get some extra help cleaning my house. It was a difficult decision, as I have always cleaned my own home. Having Deborah come twice a month to my home really allowed me to focus on my job and not feel guilty about not keeping up with the housework. During this time I also had visitors and new people visit my home related to my job, and it really helped to know that my home was visitor-ready! I highly recommend MaidPro and Deborah M. in particular. She shows up on time, has a great attitude, puts up with my dog following her all around the house and getting in the way.... (even when my dog runs across a freshly mopped floor!) I highly recommend that if you use MaidPro you also tip your cleaning person to show their appreciation. It is a difficult job and hard to meet the needs of picky, demanding clients (ahem... me....) so if you're able to, please consider tipping - or at least a holiday bonus! One of my favorite parts is that she is able to get to 'special projects' that I have ignored.... like dusting all the records... cleaning out the fridge's sticky spots, or cabinet crumbs or baseboards.... things I skipped in the past if I was rushing to clean. I am very lucky and spoiled that I'm able to afford something like this.... and I've cut back on a few other expenses in my life in order to continue to have this service... but it has been worth it. (During the first 2-3 sessions I had some trouble communicating with MaidPro's office but ever since then things have gotten much better.... so be patient with the start-up process, and office disorganization and it will get better when you're mostly just interacting with your cleaning professional!)

I started using maid pro in Indian trail around January of 18 when my mom moved in with my husband and I. With our 3 kids and my mom we found it overwhelming to deep clean so we hired a maid company. Upon our first clean, I gave a credit card number to use on file. Well, the “pro” came out cleaned our home, I left cash for her on the counter like I was told she took the cash and the next day my credit card was also charged the same amount as the cash I had already given. I had to get that ironed out which took a few days to have the money refunded. Well, that’s definitely just the beginning of a disastrous future I’d have with maid pro of Indian Trail. Countless times I communicated to Amy and Misty about the less than sub-par job that their “pros” had done. Missing very blatant spots, dirt and grime on our showers and toilets. They even ruined our leather couch with their vacuum. They use spic and span (that I can get at the dollar tree) to clean my home. I should have stoped using their services long ago. We finally got fed up the last time their “pro” came out and we noticed the floors were never touched up stairs as far as any vacuuming or having anything picked up off of the floor. I brought all this to the attention of Amy after my husband had canceled the services and her aggressive and condescending tone was less than professional something I would not come to expect from a owner of a company. With that being said, good riddance maid pro feel free to keep ripping people off and trying to defend your “pros”.

I tried them once the girls were nice and polite the service was over priced and they don’t use any real cleaning materials because they afraid to do any damages....either you know how to clean or you don’t but you can’t clean a house with water alone I also think it took them a little too long to finish the job. Took more than 5 hours to "clean" my home. If you have never tried anyone else, you might like their work. My first company set the bar very high. They charged less and did WAY more. Unfortunately, the women I used then are no longer there. I had multiple areas not cleaned and I could have don't what they did myself in 2 hours. I had everything picked up off the floor and removed 3 bedrooms and the laundry room from the list and it still took 5 hours? After my latest cleaning with MaidPro I noticed not everything was up to the standards I was promised. I reached out via email and got a response from the owner Amy Blanchard. The email basically stated that my problems weren't going to be fixed and they did not mind losing a valuable customer. The email was very rude in my opinion and after just trying to get these issues fixed they canceled all my future cleanings. In my opinion this is a horrible way to treat your customers and I will never use this service again and I advise anyone looking for a maid service to stay away from MaidPro as they do not care about customer satisfaction. I have a very busy & hectic schedule, as do most families. We planned a cleaning a month in advance and the customer service we had on our day of cleaning is appalling. One of their employees had a headache and so after being there 15 mins they left without telling us a word that they were, until we received notifications on our phones from our outdoor cameras that they were. Called Misty, who I’ve been in contact with, and told me they told her they were leaving because of a “headache” and she approved it (wish I had a job that I could skip appointments with because I had a headache) . AGAIN without communicating to me the issue and trying to accommodate my schedule before them canceling to get someone to my house to do their job. Read the reviews about this company and thought it would be perfect and a wonderful experience and it was everything opposite. If you would like this situation as a possible thing to happen then this is the people for you. But, if you’re like me and would be upset about making time for a company to only have them cancel while they are already in your home & without telling you while you’re home too on a 3hr deep clean appointment then this is ABSOLUTELY not the company to go with.

Generally over the last few years, MaidPro in Seattle has been okay as my housecleaner with rotating staff of cleaners - some employees were great. But they are sometimes inconsistent.If you leave instructions with the office about your preferences, they will mostly remember to do what you ask or use particular products, etc. Occasionally, I've been wowed by the clean I got from some of their employees, most recently in Feb by Jessica and Beatriz.

I had to clean my house after the maid cleaned my house. They did not do anything that I was told they were going to do. I was told that windows would be washed which they were not, floors would be clean which they were still dirty and I had to re clean and they don't clean up after pets which would've been nice to know before hand. My shower walls were not cleaned and the class either. I also have microfiber chairs that were not vacuumed off so they are completely filthy and windowsills I was told that would be cleaned that were not cleaned. They did a simple surface cleaning and didn't even do a good job at that.

Lexie came last Friday and she did a great job with a few small extra touches that were a huge help. I had high hopes for this company, but was unfortunately let down. In hopes of sparing others tears of frustration, I want to add my review as a warning. I was impressed with this company's website, as well as their customer service over the phone. They also seem to have good reviews. When I called to schedule a move out cleaning service, I answered all their questions and specified everything about the house including square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, types of floors, needs, etc). They gave me a quote, which although was higher than I anticipated paying, I decided to go with after their assurance that they could get the job done. A lady came on our cleaning day at 9:00 AM and I left with my two babies so she'd be able to work uninterrupted. At 1:00 PM I received a call that she had only been able to finish the kitchen and was just starting on the master bedroom. They told me that if I wanted them to finish cleaning my house, I would have to PAY MORE and have her COME BACK the next day!!!!! I don't understand how someone can work for four plus hours and only finish a kitchen, master bedroom/bath, and our office room. I still had to clean inside and outside all the kitchen cabinets and the freezer myself. I have been in tears trying to clean what I thought I was paying them to do. It is difficult to adequately express my disappointment in this company. I wish someone had warned me about the deceit of this company. It would have saved me money and tears. PLEASE BEWARE! I thought I had scheduled, and was paying for, a complete move out cleaning, however I only received an extremely expensive kitchen cleaning with a partial cleaning of the master bedroom and office room.

I had them come today to do some deep cleaning (we are getting ready to sell the house), Lisa (our Pro) was on time, communicated very clearly and paid close attention to what I wanted done. She was thorough, timely and paid attention to detail. We ran some errands while she worked and came back to a sparkling clean house that smelled AMAZING! There was even a cute folded design on my paper towel holder!
