I have used MaidPro for almost a year and it has made my life so much easier! Morgan does an amazing job with my home. It always feels so nice to come home to a fresh, clean home. The special touches she left yesterday made me love this company even more. She left little stickers on the toilet paper rolls and arranged the kids stuffed animals on their beds wearing hats and scarves and blankets around them, so cute! I love the attention to detail they provide with the check point system insuring everything is done. Customer service is exceptional. Thank you for always providing wonderful service to me..it really means a lot!

I booked Maid Pro after I saw the excellent work they did at my sister in laws house. I was able to get a reasonable quote and my first service booked very quickly and they came out within days. I really wanted to leave a good review. I choose this company because of the fantastic reviews it has. But I was disappointed in some areas. Good things I have to say is that the staff is very friendly and always there. Every time I call the office with a question they answered for me. The cleaning crew was also very polite and sweet. And treated my dog very nicely. The house overall was filthy because of some construction we had done during that week. The 5 hours the cleaning crew were cleaning I was not present. I was taking care of a sick baby. They waited for my arrival to go over everything and make sure everything looked nice and neat They did a great job dusting part of the house. Others they either forgot or overlooked. The master bedroom did not get dusted. Not one piece of furniture. I brought it to the ladies attention, and they apologized and got it done. Then the floors still have spots and dirt on the floor. Like it didn’t look like it got vacuum in some areas. Also, Somehow they broke my microwave handle. They were nice to call about it and asked if it was like that beforehand. But no. It something it happened while they were working here. I paid an extra $25 for my fridge to be clean. Then to notice when I was putting groceries in that the fridge only got wipe down, not clean. Again I was agitated I paid $230, and it was not a $230 job. I wouldn’t recommend them, and will not be using their services again.

Bailey & Raven were the best! They did a fantastic cleaning of my entire home. The fridge & oven are done on the premium service which I ordered and was happy that I did. They changed the linens and made the beds to military standards: This is done as part of the standard service. Laundry is also part of the premium service which I did not order as I do the laundry myself (in small loads) several times a week. I have no doubt that if you have need for that service you will be pleased. They are truly a very professional business with highly trained and background checked staff. I recommend them highly.

I was very happy with Kurts team that came to clean my house. This was the first time I used MaidPro after my realtor recommended them. Well, I was really impressed. First of all, it wasn't just one person that showed up, it was 3. And all 3 came with a ton of cleaning equipment. And not only did they arrive at 9am, they all stayed very late (until 6pm or slightly past). They worked very hard too and in fact, not 100% sure they even took lunch. If they did, it was quick. They scrubbed all my windows (including opening them) as well as my blinds and shutters. They even got the base boards in my kitchen and Juzzi Tub spotless. For the record, I tried with magic eraser on those base boards for 30 minutes one night and got it improved however no where near where they did. Bottom line is I was very satisfied with the job they did and would hire (and will) hire them again. Thanks so much for the great service. I give you a 10 out of 10 for the job done at my house.

I have a very busy & hectic schedule, as do most families. We planned a cleaning a month in advance and the customer service we had on our day of cleaning is appalling. One of their employees had a headache and so after being there 15 mins they left without telling us a word that they were, until we received notifications on our phones from our outdoor cameras that they were. Called Misty, who I’ve been in contact with, and told me they told her they were leaving because of a “headache” and she approved it (wish I had a job that I could skip appointments with because I had a headache) . AGAIN without communicating to me the issue and trying to accommodate my schedule before them canceling to get someone to my house to do their job. Read the reviews about this company and thought it would be perfect and a wonderful experience and it was everything opposite. If you would like this situation as a possible thing to happen then this is the people for you. But, if you’re like me and would be upset about making time for a company to only have them cancel while they are already in your home & without telling you while you’re home too on a 3hr deep clean appointment then this is ABSOLUTELY not the company to go with.

I was very happy with Kurts team that came to clean my house. This was the first time I used MaidPro after my realtor recommended them. Well, I was really impressed. First of all, it wasn't just one person that showed up, it was 3. And all 3 came with a ton of cleaning equipment. And not only did they arrive at 9am, they all stayed very late (until 6pm or slightly past). They worked very hard too and in fact, not 100% sure they even took lunch. If they did, it was quick. They scrubbed all my windows (including opening them) as well as my blinds and shutters. They even got the base boards in my kitchen and Juzzi Tub spotless. For the record, I tried with magic eraser on those base boards for 30 minutes one night and got it improved however no where near where they did. Bottom line is I was very satisfied with the job they did and would hire (and will) hire them again. Thanks so much for the great service. I give you a 10 out of 10 for the job done at my house.

They cleaned everything just the way I wanted and my wife can't stop talking about how this is the best gift I have ever given her. I wish I had started this service a long time ago!
