I would hesitate to do business with this company or any of its affiliates. The reason being is that they employ personnel named Terry Johnson. Mr. Johnson espouses himself to be tolerant of all races, nationalities, and creeds yet he presents himself as an all-out bigot in public forums. This would be concerning to me as a business owner because you have to deal with various communities with respect to your customer base. Specifically speaking, he expressed that he doubted my professional background in large because I'm a black man. Mr. Johnson's views in that regard were and are extremely abhorrent and mortifying to myself as a minority. I am extremely concerned that Jani-King supports this type of behavior in large because Mr. Buchanan altogether invited me to air my grievances. With that being said, I would never do business with a company such as this and I believe that the public should be aware of such. Best regards, An aggrieved minority

It's hard to tell if they've even come to our place of business to service it--absolutely no attention to detail and every job is halfway done at best. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
