I had clean free come out and clean 2 large areas and my stairs, just to try them out. My situation was I had 30 year old carpet that hadn't been taken care of, I didn't expect a miracle and I was very upfront about that. Overall I'm generally happy with how the carpets look, they are definitely lightened, although some of the stains remain which is to be expected for sure. The only thing I had an issue with was being upsold thier red dye removal, which is fine but then when it didn't work fully, i was told it would cost me more to get it out because it would take longer, that was offputting for sure. Also, I was quoted a pet treatment because he must have heard my dog, on their website it says that they "first clean and neutralize the carpet, and then go back with industrial strength peroxide solution to treat the actual stains." Considering I had no pet stains in the rooms he did, I'm not sure how I got talked into paying for that.. The stairs however look great, they stayed wet for almost 24 hours but they look and smell great now. Otherwise the whole process was great, from scheduling to the actual cleaning, everyone seemed very nice and professional. Will be booking again to finish the rest of the house as I get the other rooms ready to be cleaned, although I think I'll be more weary about which additional services I agree too.

Had my carpets cleaned for the first time since I bought my house 7yrs ago. Not that they were that dirty because I don't wear shoes inside but it started to look worn. I was actually thinking about putting new carpet down but after having them cleaned, it looks as if my carpet is brand new now. It was also very inexpensive to have done. Absolutely appalled that this guy is still in business. Brantley Pace came out to my home this morning and “cleaned” 3 bedrooms, stairs, and a hallway in about 20 minutes. From the moment he walked in, he tried to up sell me on his pet treatment. When I denied the treatment, he became extremely rude and condescending. He claimed that there was no way to remove any of the stains in my carpet without having to pay the extra fee. Well, that claim was proven false. I immediately contacted another company, Mercy Carpet Cleaning & Restoration, and they were able to come out right away and remove the stains with their regular carpet cleaning service and left my carpet looking amazing! And what do you know...no pet treatment was necessary! The red dye stains that he claimed were due to a pet’s stomach acid? Gone! Please do not be fooled by all of the 5-star reviews. If you’re looking for an honest, professional, and ethical carpet cleaning company, please take your business elsewhere. $99.99 of my hard-earned money went down the drain. The before and after pictures that I have posted speak for themselves.

Clean Free cleaned a carpeted room, a rug, and my car. There was some miscommunication on which rugs to clean, despite our email exchanges and a detail note left at the house. The cleaners themselves tried to get us to pay despite the proof we had that they had misunderstood. Thankfully the owners took our side and gave us the wrong rug that was cleaned, free and had the cleaners clean the right rug. The carpet cleaning made my carpet soft and stand up right again, but did not help with the pet urine smell. I am not sure if they have an option to pay extra for pet urine, but we didn't pay for that. The rug cleaning made the rug smell nicer but did not seem to give the rug the perky lift like it did to the carpet. It also did not take away any of the existing stains. The car carpet cleaning was AMAZING though. They vacuumed and then cleaned the interior. My car felt brand new! I will 100% use them again for car carpet cleaning.

Awesome company, not only did these guys get out here in a timely manner considering I had a tight deadline, they dealt with everything I threw their way and then some. Brought their own water since I no longer had service at the house. The two individuals were both very friendly and the worked very efficiently. I ended up have 8 areas, (4 bedrooms and one very large living room/dining room) and they got it all done within an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend if you need and are in a pinch!

I have to preface this review by saying that I hired Clean Free AFTER another "green" carpet company failed to get dirty dog smell out of a carpet in a rental I own. This was a new carpet where the tenants were only there for one year. There was no soiling or urine, just dirty dog smell everywhere in the rug. The "green" company came to clean the place. 2 days later the smell was back. They came a second time. This time, they used an extruder and more of their "green" product. Still no luck. I was really worried I was going to have to replace the carpet when I called Clean Free. While they wouldn't give me a guarantee over the phone, when their technician, Shamond, came over, he said he thought he could get the smell out, no problem. Shamond was extremely conscientious and did an amazing job. When he was finished, I was more confident that the dog smell wouldn't reappear in two days. Well, it didn't, and I'm so happy. Sometimes the old school steaming method that companies have been doing for years just works better than the newfangled green solution. I'd definitely hire this company in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning solution.

I used this company last year and it was absolutely great! Wonderful customer service and the job was magnificent!!! I believe there was a young lady with the company. She was extremely professional and polite. Fast forward to recently and I was looking to have the same, great experience. I decided to text because my last communication with the company was through text message. The flow of conversation was a bit different, but I just attributed that to texting and the miscommunication that can come from that. Forward moving, my family had some unexpected occurrences pop up, so I called in an effort to see if I could split the job up. The owner, Chad, returned my call when he didn’t answer and upon hearing me say somethings came up and I was trying to ultimately cut cost, he just starts yelling at me and how he doesn’t give discounts and he usually takes a deposit and how I already got away with that. I was completely shocked because 1. I wasn’t calling for a discount and 2. He never mentioned a deposit or I would’ve just paid it. I couldn’t believe that I was being talked to in this manner. When I tried to explain that I was simply trying to see if I could take a few rooms off, he rudely asked what did I want. At this point I explained that had he just listened, I could’ve explained. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth until he hung up after saying I could shop around or whatever. I called back because their number was in my message log, but I was upset and couldn’t remember the name of the company. He answered, confirmed that there was no one else to speak with since he’s the owner and then gave me a bogus name of the company. Luckily I had the card in my files. I had even previously passed out a few cards for them. It was a very unfortunate experience. I’m nervous to think what it would’ve been like in person with my children there. Because of that I will no longer support or recommend this company.

I needed my carpet deep cleaned before I moved out. The carpet were in horrible condition. Kids spilled everything on the carpet and on top of the awful stains we have a small dog.
