I have used Chem-Dry of Wake County multiple times with excellent results every time. The carpet is always clean and stale smell is eliminated. I have had cats, dogs and children, all of whom are hard on beige carpeting. I have been very pleased with the cleaning. The technicians have always been on-time and are very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the owners response to me review is not accurate. Did he mention that I was there for our appointment and they came with the wrong equipment and wasted my time that I had taken off for work? Did he mention that when I re-scheduled, they wrote down the wrong date in their calendar and my time was wasted again? If you want to waste your time and do business with amateurs, call Chem Dry of Wake County.

Chemdry of wake county cleaned my carpets a week ago and treated our carpets for pet urine. The technician was very thorough and the odor is completely gone! We thought we were goin have to replace our carpets but they look great! They are cleaning our parents house next week. We will definitely use them again.

The technician was polite although I told him I was not satisfied with the way the cleaning was coming out as he was cleaning. especially around the Baseboards you still the dust or dingy appearance on the carpet because the rotating buffer does not get close enough to clean. I called the dispatcher to speak with his supervisor which in turn was The business owner. I have yet to hear from the business owner and they cleaned my carpets on last Wednesday. I have a $80 Hoover carpet cleaner in which I used to clean some of the areas that they use their machine on. I sent video to the dispatcher to forward to the owner of all the dirt that pulled up with my carpet cleaner. I will never use CHEM DRY again nor will I ever recommend their service to anyone.

Horrible customer service! I made an appointment online, and received an email confirming the appointment. When I called the day of the appointment to see what the time window was, I was told that they did not have me down for today. I was also told that they couldn't travel to my location anyway. The person I was speaking to then put her supervisor on the phone, who was no help at all. I explained the situation, and told him that I had received the confirming email. Without any apology or suggestion of what I could do, he says "I'm done with you now" and hangs up! I am very upset, and am at a loss as to what to do.

Chem-Dry came to our house and did a terrible job cleaning our carpets. We had 3 showings and all 3 of them complained about how bad the carpets looked. We called to have them come back out and they did not show up on time. Then two weeks went back without a call to come back out to redo them. We had to hire someone else to come out and the carpets look great!! Now they will not give me a refund for their terrible work. I strongly advise against using this company.

I have been using Chem-Dry for over 20 years and the cleaning solutions they use are great. As a company, they continue to improve their cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure the best clean possible. I'm realistic and know that not all stains can be removed, but they do their best to improve the overall condition of the upholstery and carpets. I called on a Wednesday, and they were able to come out the very next day. The pricing was more than fair, and the workmanship was top notch. They even cleaned my area rug at no charge, which was a wonderful surprise as I was prepared to pay for the service. Marcus, our tech, was friendly and very personable. He called ahead when he was enroute and was able to even come a little earlier than our scheduled appointment time, which was great for me and my schedule. He was very thorough and was able to complete our job in about an hour and a half. I like supporting locally owned and operated businesses and I will continue to be a Chem-Dry customer.

Our property management company uses Chem-Dry of Wake County exclusively. Not only are the prices fair, they are prompt with their service and do a fabulous jobs getting our carpets cleaned and ready for incoming tenants. The cleaning system Chem-Dry of Wake County uses is able to get carpets cleaned that we thought were hopeless without damaging the integrity of the carpets. We highly recommend them.

He answered all questions to my satisfaction and made an appointment. Marcus arrived on time and was very courteous and respectful. He explained how he was going to clean the loveseats and chair. He cleaned them to our satisfaction and beyond. The furniture looks beautiful. He left our living room in perfect condition. I was disappointed in the overall result of my recent carpet cleaning. I typically call another carpet company but went with Chem-Dry based on reviews and a recommendation from my realtor. The team was very pleasant but were in and out of my house in around 30 minutes. I commented that I thought my house smelled more like wet dog than it did before they started and the reply was that it would go away with time. I ended up spraying it with an odor neutralizer. Seems to me I just wasted $278 dollars for a service that was far from my expectations. I will likely call my go to cleaner to redo these carpets to ensure the time is taken to get them as clean as possible.

These guys are definitely pros. They took our sectional sofa which is basically cream-colored, and had never been cleaned, and turned it into something that was brand new! The kids had plenty of stains on the material and I believe the technician was able to get them all out. They are also very communicative and get in and out.

The representative for Chem-Dry that cleaned my carpets was very professional and did an excellent job. There were 2 small stained areas that after the carpet was dry i noticed were still there but the fact that the carpet dried so quickly and that they use a non-toxic chemical to clean was very important to me because I have a dog. Chem Dry of Wake County did a GREAT job !!!!!! My first point of contact was Madry who was very polite and helpful and had an awesome personality. He got me scheduled quickly and was very professional. On my appointment day I received a phone call letting me know they were on their way and they arrived promptly as scheduled. The technicians Cole and Austin were AMAZING and they did a great job! Cole was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were even able to remove a large stain that another company was unable to do previously. The clean smell is very refreshing and our furniture looks new again. We will certainly be calling Chem Dry in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company !!!!!
