4 or 5 years of excellent service at my house. Always hard working, professional, and on time. Never had one single issue. We have two golden retrievers and our floors and rugs are hairless and spotless every time they leave. Bathrooms/kitchen counters, sinks, and tubs always squeaky clean. I don't know what products they use (other than elbow grease); the whole house smells clean and fresh when they are done and never a whiff of chemicals.

Swear I've tried to stay and work with them. Last visit not ONE counter-top was cleaned. Still sticky with wine glass circles. I needed to dust when I got home, and the icing was they doubled the price initially quoted. On to the next....

I once gave a 5 star review, but have needed to downgrade to 2 stars because of severe lack of communication problems with email, which in this day and age, I feel is a necessary skill for running a successful business. The situation was thus: Inexplicably, my daughter's bedroom door was left closed after a cleaning which locked in our cat who then destroyed the carpet at the threshold. It took more than a week and a couple of emails to get a response about the damage, though to Cary Clean Team's credit, they were very sorry and perfectly willing to pay for the entire room's carpet to be replaced. What didn't happen within the organization was communication from the manager with whom I was in contact to the actual cleaning crew. A week later, on the very next cleaning, the cat was AGAIN shut in the bedroom after the cleaning. My husband promptly emailed and fired Cary Clean Team from any future cleanings. Two weeks later, the crew stopped by again to clean, though they had been fired, and were unable to access the house because we'd changed to key lockbox code. The crew leader and a manager left messages on my phone regarding not being able to enter our house. My husband called that afternoon to remind Cary Clean Team that they'd been fired and the manager with whom he spoke admitted to not checking her email very often. This is totally unacceptable. I would be wary contracting with this company if you rely on email as a primary communication avenue during the business day, as I must do, being a teacher.

From Deb, who makes scheduling easy (and rescheduling when needed) to "my" team of ladies who make my house SHINE! Always pleasant and are efficient in their work, the ladies hit the door running- dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing the bathrooms and kitchen. I trust Cary Clean Team to get my house ready for company, even when just my family will be home.

I hired Cary Clean Team to handle my move-out cleaning. They quoted me about $175 for the clean. The next day, I got a charge for $350. Now, this isn't a negative review, because I called the owner and we talked it out. The house had been a bigger job than they expected and thus it took longer, and they bill hourly. Upon explaining my reservations at paying double without notification to the owner, she reversed the charges and had an open, honest conversation with me. It's hard to find businesses that respect the customer nowadays but even despite my experience, I would recommend Cary Clean Team to anyone.

We hired this cleaning team because we did some remodeling and needed our home cleaned before we moved back in. I was very specific on what I wanted done. They did a good job on about half of the house but failed miserably on some main things such as cleaning out the bathroom cabinets, master bathroom shower, the laundry room...all of these things I had specifically asked to be cleansed. I called and made a complaint and they were very kind and sent a team back out to clean. However, the bathroom cabinets and laundry room area were still left uncleaned! If their services were cheap I might be more forgiving of this...but they are very expensive and thus I expected a high level of service.

I was very excited to use CCT over my regular house help because of how well-recommended they came. But I was very disappointed with the output on the two occasions that I used them. The first time, the ladies who came didn't know how to change sheets and comforter covers! (go figure).. and despite the three women who came, they took a long time - since they bill by the hour, I got a $175 charge for my house - I typically pay $120 - that bill was quite a bit more for a house less than 2000 square feet. The second time, we got a couple of very senior women who were already exhausted from the morning's assignments and came in a half hour late because they got the address wrong. Their cleaning of my hardwoods was less than ideal and they never moved my carpets and bookshelves to clean beneath and behind them! Again, I got slapped with a significant charge on my credit card despite being quite dissatisfied. I wouldn't use them or recommend them. Too pricey and the cleaning unfortunately doesn't match up to the bill!

I wish there was a negative star rating. I can't even give a 1 star for these horrible folks. It is literally money down the drain. Don't ever use this team. They came to home and did such a horrible job. Dust was left everywhere. They didn't even clean between the taps in the bathroom faucets. I can give 100 items that they didn't do. If you want cleaning worth for your money DON'T EVER CALL THIS TEAM. Response to the Owner. You really don't know what happened here. Out of 4 bathrooms one person had done the Master bathroom and then while doing the 2nd bathroom I asked them that no one is doing the kitchen while that was the top priority mentioned in the list. Even that Master bathroom wasn't done properly. So without knowing the reality don't try to safe guard your horrible employees. To Everyone Out there, Stop using This company. They can't even be Sorry of the mistake that they did. Such an attitude . Wow.
