Carpet Pro Cleaners has been cleaning 3 Flor brand area rugs for me for a couple years now. They are very easy to schedule with, friendly professional employees that clean rugs wonderfully. The price is reasonable. I feel better using them because of the products they use to clean the carpet. I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 kids. The rugs will smell like dog and have all the usual stuff that comes with pets and kids on them, and am confident when the are cleaned, that they are really clean! They have also cleaned the upholstery on a sectional for a reasonable price. I am happy with Carpet Pro Cleaners and will continue to use them in the future.

We have used there service for Kitchen Tile/Grout cleaning and for the whole house carpet stretching/cleaning. Caleb and Wesley did a fantastic job. They were very professional and courteous and finished the job on time. Just had my berber carpet cleaned. It had not been cleaned since it was installed several years ago and you could see the high traffic usage paths. After cleaning the carpet looked close to brand new and I highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners. My tech, Wesley, was on time, knowledgeable and very thorough. The roommates and I needed the carpets cleaned by the time we moved out at the end of the month. I saw the good online reviews so I figured I'd try them out. I called on Friday, 7/29/16 and they were able to schedule an appointment to come clean the carpets on the 30th! Stacy came and was very nice and professional. He was able to clean 4 bedrooms, living room, and staircase in 2 hours. The end result is amazing. These carpets probably haven't been professionally cleaned in 3+ years and they look phenomenal now. I would definitely recommend carpet pro cleaning. This was a service very well spent!

I had cpc come today to clean my carpets on a house I closed on earlier this month and I couldn't be more happy. I've had contractors in and out the past couple weeks and boy did they leave a mess on the carpets. Wes walked through the house with me and explained their cleaning process and what I should expect. He also pointed out some carpet wrinkles in my master closet and told me how he could straighten those out, some carpet stretching claw conctraption. It worked great and they even gauranteed to come back out if the wrinkles came back! The cleaning process seemed quick but very thorough and they did it all with non toxic products...very important to me. From first call to when the guys finished it was all very professional and courteous, an added bonus you get from dealing with local contractors. I will continue to use cpc and recommend them to family and friends.

Set appointment online to have my 2 bedroom apt cleaned. I clean my carpets regularly myself but couldn't get out red juice and slime from the kiddos. Got a call same day to go over everything as well as text alerts confirming my appointment and right before the tech showed up. My techs were Stacey and another guy (didn't catch his name). They showed up on time, were super friendly, and listened to my expectations. Stacey did tell me that juice and slime stains were not guaranteed to come out because of the dye in the products but he would try. Took a little under an hour from start to finish. None of the juice stains came out and most of the slime in the kids room is still there but he was able to get some of the slime areas clean. I believe they tried their best and I appreciate them telling me upfront that it may not work out as I expected instead of selling me a false dream. I'm a little bum I paid $149 for the cleaning since my carpets had just been cleaned a few months ago and weren't super dirty. I tried Carpet Pro for the tough stains but it's not their fault they didn't come out and I'm banning juice and slime from the home lol. Will definitely use next time for non juice stain related cleaning.. 3/22/18 update:------Contacted by owner Wesley after posting initial review to come out personally to retry to get the juice/slime stains out. He was able to come up with a solution that left me a satisfied customer. Changing my review to 5 stars!

I am very happy with my recent service from Carpet Pro Cleaners! I live in a new home and the original installers did a terrible job installing the carpet. Three of our bedrooms including the second floor hallway had many wrinkles and required stretching. The home builder did it once under their first year warranty but the wrinkles returned after two months. I called CPC about the issue and they were on it. Wesley and Stacy did a great job moving all of the furniture and cleaning up after the carpet was stretched. I was very happy with the courteous, friendly and professional attitude. I would highly recommend them if you require any carpet stretching work. I plan calling them again in a bout 6 months to have a steam cleaning performed! Thanks CPC from a very satisfied customer!

If you are looking to get your carpets cleaned I highly recommend these guys. Very professional, knowledge of carpets and can answer any question you have. We have 2 kids 2 dogs and a cat so our carpets were in rough shape. The time Austin was finished it looked like brand new carpets. These guys just worked some sorcery on my carpet. It smells clean, looks/is clean. They got stains out that I thought I'd be living with forever. My dog has severe allergies and has licked herself raw in some spots so it left blood stains and they got them out! Plus all the high traffic areas are the color of the rest of the carpet (which is now the color it's supposed to be) and they're pricing is very reasonable. Carpet Pro did a great job for me! They were on time, and improved the looks of my carpet 100%. When they left, it looked fresh, more vibrant, and a lot perkier! Plus the traffic patterns were all fluffed up so you couldn't see them as well. I had a small problem with my garden hose after they left, but I called them and they came right back out and fixed me a whole new extention for my hose.....which I felt was above and beyond the call of duty. Prior to having our carpets cleaned by Carpet Pro Cleaners, we thought we would have to replace our carpets. Thankfully, the technicians at CPC were able to make our carpets clean and like new. The staff were very courteous, efficient, and responsive. Prior to our scheduled cleaning, we recieved a couple of courteous calls to remind us of our appointment and to provide an estimated time. The tehcnician even called us on our appointment date to confirm the time he would be at our house. Once there, he walked with us through our house to evaluate the condition of our carpets before cleaning. We were also pleased to know that CPC uses an all-natural, safe cleaner. There was no harsh chemical smell during or after our cleaning and we never had to leave the house during our cleaning. CPC is an affordable carpet cleaner who does a thorough job of cleaning, never cutting corners. I plan to have them clean my carpets again in the future to extend the life of our carpets. I'm very thankful that I won't have to replace carpet any time soon!

CPC came today and cleaned my carpets for the first time. The carpets look great and look very clean. They were even able to come out the same day. The crew was very polite and professional. The reason for the 4 star review was there was a couple that was apparently with the crew that just showed up in plain clothes and walked right into our house. They stood by our stairs talking to one another. They did not have the company uniform on. The made my wife alarmed and she was a little worried at first as it was just her and our young kids home. No one mentioned anything about a couple coming in addition to the cleaners. The worker mentioned about the company opening a Nashville, TN office . Maybe this couple was who was going to run/start it? Not really sure. It was just an odd experience. We mentioned to the worker and he seemed very receptive to the feedback and was apologetic. Other than this odd event everything else was great.

Fantastic experience! In addition to having carpets cleaned, they also cleaned the grout in the bathroom and replaced the grout in the shower. The project ended up being more intense than originally expected but they communicated throughout the process and came back the next day to finish.
