We had spots on our ceilings, had no idea what they were from. I called them and they answered immediately, whereas, with other companies I had to leave messages. Turned out it was soot damage from a malfunctioning gas fireplace. Every employee we came in contact with was so professional and yet comforting. Rick went to bat with our insurance company. We will certainly use them again if the need arises and recommend them highly.

I highly recommend them, I had no experience dealing with insurance claims and they made it very easy. We had bad mold problems from water damage that could have been very harmful to my family. They have been great to work with. Rick and his team have done restoration work on several of our homes and they always answer the call, anytime of day, no matter the severity of the loss. Everything from a small toilet leak to 8 feet of water in the basement. We couldn't be more happy with their honesty and quality of work.
