Great cleaning service and good prices

I wouldn't recommend Town House Specialty Cleaning. Setting up the appointment involved many back-and-forth emails, with long response times. Questions we sent in email (such as "do I need to be there to let you in") went unanswered. They assured us that my building had their insurance on file, but when I got there, we didn't, and they didn't contact anyone. Once I got that settled, they were able to clean the windows. They sent two cleaners. The cleaner who cleaned my bedroom did a great job, but the living room windows are still grungy. When they were leaving, they asked how I was paying. I showed them that the email where I asked for service said I could pay by check, but they said I could also pay in cash. I asked how much I'd pay in cash and they didn't know. They also had no idea who the person who emailed me in the first place was. I had to specifically ask them to email me the invoice, but they didn't include an address to mail the check!

Friendly and Professional atmosphere, always pay on time but its difficult to get a hold of them unless you go to their main office and they do little to nothing to resolve any issue you may have on the job site.
