Today’s Maid is the best! We love coming home on the day that Natalie visits. The minute we walk in my son says "It smells so good Natalie must have been here!" I don't know what we would do without her! Keep up the great work Natalie! My bathroom & kitchen are simply stunning!!! Shirley did a fantabulous job in the 3 hours she was at my place. I had her focus only on those 2 rooms...and it was beyond worth it! I almost didn't recognize my bathroom Thank you so much Todays Maid for all your help!

One thing in particular I liked about them is the fact that they have great attention to detail with their cleaning services. They cleaned each and every room, and hit everything from top to bottom. They took out all the trash, mopped, and vacuumed...the works! They did my kitchen very well too, down to the appliances as well as the microwave. And, my bathroom looks like new now - they scrubbed the toilet, the sink, the shower, did all the glass and mirrors and arranged everything neatly. definitely a five star service team!

10 stars! I contacted them for a post renovation cleaning of my apartment to tidy up after an extensive renovation of our place by building management when we were away Wow! They did an amazing job our place was absolutely spotless. Last week - two months after their visit - I went to get something off a high shelf in the bathroom. The area - normally a bit grimy - was completely spotless. While I tend to give the place a pretty thorough clean weekly - I will definitely hire them again They are the best - and extremely reasonable for the quality of service.

** Interesting: my photos have been removed from my review. At least the photos that show the after math of the “cleaning”. ** New logo. New website. Same management. Their customer service team is incredibly nice and helpful. It’s too bad the entire cleaning staff doesn’t share the same ethics. You can see older reviews on yelp with their previous logo. Obviously hoping to part ways with a bad reputation, they omitted those reviews but it’s the same management. Management should choose their staff carefully and train when needed. I don’t believe Today’s Maid Service does that. I used their services once 4 years ago for a move in situation. So no furniture, no obstacles. A big empty apartment. Sounds easy, right? “Zelda” not only didn’t clean, but she left with my lamp and trash can. Weird. Customer service rep, Donna, was so sweet and gracious, she offered me 50% off my next service. Fair enough. Plus she couldn’t deny the photos I sent her IMMEDIATELY AFTER the scheduled cleaning time. It took me 2 years to utilize the discount but figured, I’m moving out, leave it nice for the next tenant. I’ll use it to clean the apt after I’ve taken the furniture out. Once again, no furniture, no obstacles. A big empty apartment. Lightening doesn’t strike twice, right?? But it does. Not cleaned. I mean, I can sweep a floor in a few minutes, but I’m paying for a cleaning, dusting, a wet mop. I mean even A SWIFFER for crying out loud! Keep looking! ALL OF THESE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CLEANING WOMAN LEFT.

What a wonderful experience! The cleaner got my apartment looking new and shiny! She was super quick and efficient, too. I was also impressed by the turnaround time as a new customer; (the manager who was very friendly and courteous on the phone) was able to get the cleaner to my apartment the following day. My favorite part of the experience was the cleaner herself. She's a gem- friendly and exuding positivity! She was courteous, polite and warm. Plus, she was great with my dog. Having a large turnover at our place, we have tried several cleaning services, but we have had multiple problems with the services, until someone suggested we try Today's Maid. We called to schedule our first appointment, and the performance was excellent. Easy scheduling, timely service, and truly satisfactory cleaning. The maid was courteous, cooperative, and smiling. After the maid left, it was a tremendous relief for us, and since then, we have used them multiple times, with great success, and all of the maids were very capable.

I highly recommend them-- I could not be more pleased with my experience, and I plan on using them on a regular basis from here on out.

I've used cleaning services before, but todays maid is life-changing. I had no idea how badly I needed extra help with the house. The cleaners have all been really friendly and extremely thorough. Customer service is fantastic and I love that you can book an appointment online. The pricing is really reasonable too. I'm so happy with todays maid that I've started having them come once every two weeks just to keep the apartment in sparkling clean shape. Can't wait for them to come next week!

I can't imagine better home cleaning service. This was the first time I've used this service . they where courteous and professional on the phone. Billing was handled entirely online and was accurate and fast. Most important, the cleaning job was extraordinary. The crew (two young, energetic, courteous, friendly, young women speaking perfect English) jumped right into the job taking the stove apart and scrubbing every part inside and out. They cleaned baseboards, blinds, refrigerator, shower floors, which were stained, everything we requested beyond expectations. They could have gotten away with a lighter job, but they went the extra mile and we are more than pleased. We will definitely have them back on a regular basis

Typically wary of all cleaning services within NY. I've tried quite a few services and have always been a hit or miss (depends on the agency / provider and which cleaners they actually provide). I was even more hesitant in using a new service / vendor, especially if the of reviews are minimal That being said, Today's Maid was incredible from start to finish. Very responsive (actually the most responsive as I reached out to 5-10 companies) in terms of booking. Prices were competitive and furthermore, was punctual. I requested around 9 AM and they showed up literally at 7:59 AM (unfortunate for me as I wanted to snooze a few more minutes...wrongly assuming they would be late) Lastly, the attention to detail was uncanny. I've had cleaners do very 'surface cleaning', but I highly recommend if you're looking for a deep clean, these guys are the people to call. I think i'm sold and will use them going forward. Thanks!!

I hired someone at the hourly deep clean rate. We discussed what needed to be done. I asked her if she needed any supplies, to which she replied “no.” She cleaned the bathroom, then asked me to take a look. The shower walls were still gross! I asked her what happened, did you clean here, it’s visibly dirty. She said the cleaner she used doesn’t have bleach and that if there’s bleach the grime will come off. Sorry what, we just talked about this. So I went to the store and got bleach. She cleaned it again. It came out ok but obviously wasted time. Then when she did the inside of the over there was still a cooked on clump of something, which we discussed. I did see her try to get it off multiple times. I said ok no problem I’ll figure it out please move on to something else. It took me 5 minutes to get it clean because I used the correct tool - a scraper and not a sponge/steel wool. This was the first and obviously the last time I use this service. Maybe I got unlucky w the person they sent me. Maybe they’re good for very standard sweep mop dust wipe basic stuff. Either way I’m not gonna risk it and will look for another service.

I have two cats and have never heard a complaint (yes I vacuum after them often but other cleaning services have hemmed and hawed about that). Prompt response to email requests.
