From start to finish, working with Synergy Maids has been a pleasure. Their customer service is top notch. I communicated with them via email and phone for a little over a week asking questions before actually booking. They were incredibly kind and informative. As far as the actual cleaning, wow! My apartment looks brand new. I have a small 1bd/1bth and she spent 2 hours working very hard to clean every spot. I admire people who take pride in what they do and show it by working hard. Our maid did just that.

I had some construction done in my apartment and the contractor left a huge mess behind. There was sheetrock dust everywhere, there was no way I would have been able to clean it up it would have took days to do it. I went on line to see if I could get some company to come out the next day which was a Sunday and I came across Synergy maids. They said no problem and the next day two ladies showed up and within four hours they had my place spic and span. They worked very hard and where very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company.,Thanks Synergy!

Excellent service! I call this place to clean my apartment about 2-3 times a week. Being a messy person that I am this service cleans very proficiently. My apartment always comes out perfect every time my apartment is finished being clean.

Was good the first few times and they said they would send same cleaners or let me know. Then, started to get new people every other week. Was somewhat disappointed in the time they spent cleaning - less than 2 hours for a 3 bedroom home and two bathrooms. Think I will try a different service

Synergy Maids was pure disaster. Let count me the ways. I paid $250 for Deep Clean. 1) Maid only showed up after I contacted the company, and 2 hours late. 2) She simply did not vacuum many areas, like under our bed. 3) She didn't finish cleaning many areas, like toilet seat - they seem clean but no. 4) She broke the oven - door wouldn't close, and she broke a champagne flute. They are buncha crooks really. Company said they issued 10% refund for tardiness but I never got it. Company didn't respond after I asked refund to cover cost of oven repair ($200) a few weeks later.

Be careful with this company. They were making errors such as scheduling random cleanings. Meanwhile, they have my bank card on file and bill two days prior. Then the errors started becoming more frequent. When I asked them what they’re doing and why they’re making these errors, Molly was rude and unprofessional saying we “take great pride” and tried to reverse the situation and tried blame me. Ms. Molly it’s Business 101.... the customer is always right. I don’t recommend this company.

I gave this cleaning service a try because they had good reviews and I was promised a thorough cleaning. My apartment isn't overly cluttered or dirty but I needed it cleaned due to my busy schedule. The cleaners took a really long time to cover only a small space and overlooked a lot. They didn't even bother to move any items out of their way and just cleaned around them. My apartment didn't seem much cleaner by the time they were done and I had to finish the job myself.

Synergy Maids Cleaning Service are meticulous and know what they're doing--from products to how all the parts of a house should be cared for--taking the stove top apart & cleaning it correctly, for example. They don't skimp on anything; wood floors are spotless despite 2 dogs tracking stuff in and out. Just beautiful, fabulous work & so happy I found this team. Very professional and Extremely detail oriented. The quality of work they do is hands down the best I've ever had.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!! I was very UNHAPPY with my service. The cleaning person did not do a complete job. I paid for deep cleaning however I received the bare minimun. She also did not do basic things. She did not clean the outside or the inside of the microwave, did not clean a floor length mirror in my bedroom, did not clean the dish rack or underneath it, did not clean the ledge of the kitchen sink, did not do a good job cleaning the outside of the fridge, did not clean a class shelf in my bathroom with toiletries on it, did not empty the garbage in the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, did not clean the 3 ceramic jars on my window sill in the kitchen, did not wipe down the outside of my garbage pail in the kitchen, the list just goes on and on. I hired a cleaning service to do all of this and it wasn't done but I PAID top dollar for it.

I wanted to give a nice gift for my mother on Mother's day, and what gift could a mother want than to not lift a finger for a day. I scheduled for them to come in the week of Mother's day, they're customer service was very polite and grasped the understanding that this was a first for me. They provided me with well informative information as well as their process, I was well aware on what to expect. Their maids were wonderful people who did an amazing job, leaving my mom's house even more spotless than ever before. I highly recommend them and will most certainly purchase their services again. Booked the service week in advance to clean a 1 bedroom apartment and had to turn in keys to landlord the same day. I get a call the DAY BEFORE stating they have no one to clean my place. They gave me a follow up call the day before which was awesome because I totally forgot that they were suppose to come. They came and wasted no time, went straight to work. Really cool staff. I was really pleased with their service. THANK YOU so much. I had called them a few weeks before I actually needed their service, and they followed up a couple days to confirm the appointment. I got their quote and scheduled time for them to come in. They worked magic on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I mean the floors and counters were sparkling when they were finished, all I needed was a fresh coast of paint and my apartment would be brand new. This is one of the best maid services in New York! It's very formal and the maids employed do their jobs on time. They do not waste time, and while the ones that had arrived for me were friendly, they preferred to not waste their own or our time- and timeliness and efficiency is a big A+ in my book. The customer service is kind and talks to customers respectfully and like human beings- and these days, that sometimes really isn't a given. I've used their services once and am looking for a good excuse to use their services again. Strongly recomend.
