They only sent one person for the job which was fine but it was too much work for one worker. The work dine was excellent very hard working lady. The lady bever even took lunch and stayed to finish what she started after her time was up. Please dont hesitate ro use this company for your cleaning needs.

I rent an apartment on the upper east side , manhattan to tourists. In my google search for an ensured cleaning company i came across swipenclean. They had great reviews so i gave them a shot. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. They did an amazing job especially in the kitchen and on the floors. Being that they are ensured i felt that much more comfortable with having them do the job. I currently have a contract with them and have there number on speed dial for a cleaning after every customer check out!

We hired them for a post construction cleaning and we were very very very disappointed the basics of a regular cleaning wasn’t even done properly. We were sure they were going to be here for a full day with all necessary equipment however they arrived with a backpack and a few clothes! We had to bring them a ladder, detergent, and pails. When we came to check up on them a little later in the day .. the House was dusty dirty no sign of a cleaning and when we called to see what happened they said they were done!!!! They sent back only one worker two days later and we were the same disappointed! We had to stand there and tell here what to do and with that our house is still dusty and not ready to move in!!! She used the same cloth for hours and now there are dust piles in the places she used that cloth!! I don’t usually put out such reviews however this really got me going!

The website is easy to navigate and there was a helpful person available for questions through online chat. For both my studio apartment cleanings, the cleaner(s) arrived at the beginning of the arrival window. At least one of the cleaners spoke English, so communication wasn't too difficult. For my 1st cleaning, I requested a deep cleaning and windows which was estimated to take 5 hours, but since two cleaners showed up it only took 2.5 hours. I wish I knew this during the booking process, so I could have planned my day differently. Everything was cleaned much more thorough than I would have, so I'm happy for the service. I was also happily surprised to find my undersink bathroom cabinet was organized. For the 2nd cleaning, it was a regular studio apartment cleaning, which took about two hours and one of the two cleaners returned, so she was more familiar with my space.

The cleaning was amazing and our cleaner Sonia was very thorough. They brought their own supplies which made things much easier for me. My house now looks great and dust-free.
