My family called SERVPRO when we had a water leak in the basement. They came out immediately, walked us through the whole process, and even dealt with our insurance company.

One of the worse companies ever ! I called in to get an estimate scheduled for 3:30 and the guy shows up an hour late. The guy who showed up named Damian, dressed up professionally which made me belive I finally got a hold of the right company, But turns out I was horribly wrong. When I called the company to make an appointment we both agreed 100 dollars for the estimate but when he comes in he started complaining about how I'm under paying him and it isn't even worth it. He was the most retarded person I've ever met in my life. He comes in and starts giving me a lecture and knowledge about why my insurance company wouldn't cover up the water damage in my basement etc. He wouldn't even give me a chance to explain myself. I didnt get to explain to him exactly what happened and why I needed an estimate. Turns out he failed to include everything in the estimate. And when I called his boss to complain, Damian calls me back private 3 times and starts arguing with me. After explaining to him for hours that his estimate wasn't right he said "okay let me speak to my boss and call you back ". The 3rd time he calls me back private he literally tells me if I give him 50% off the money for the job in advance then he will include everything in the estimate. I cant belive this guy and his boss ripped me off. I am going to call 311 and make complain about this company. I hope this message reaches the main owner of the company and he reviews his dishonest workers. People do not trust and waste your time with this company. Like I said one of the worse and most dishonest companies ever.
