SERVPRO of Fort Lee has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! After waking up to a flood in our basement while my husband was away on a business trip, to say I was distraught is an understatement. I called SERVPRO of Fort Lee and they were at my house within a couple hours and began work as soon as possible. Their diligent work and attention to detail impressed me so much and they were in and out of our house before my husband even got home from his business trip! I am so glad I decided to go with SERVPRO!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with ServPro. Our basement flooded and I called them to take a look on Friday. I was immediately asked to provide a credit card and $500 deposit which would go towards any repairs and work which would be done over the weekend. However no one showed up over the weekend. I cleaned the basement myself. It has been a couple of months now and they have yet to refund my full deposit. I was promised a callback from managers a couple of times but never got any. Absolutely unreliable.

Nice people, but be careful as they underestimate projects. They charged my credit card even if they didn’t finish the job. They were supposed to brush and spray the entire house (but they didn’t brush the whole house). I have attached a picture to see their work (the left side is how ProServ left it, the right side is after I brushed it myself and cleaned it). And they charged my credit card without my permission. So just be careful.
