There should be a 1/2 star option for companies like this, and they don’t deserve that either. The owner of this company sends employees out to complete jobs in which he don’t pay them for, he makes sure he collects from the client before the employees leave, but they have no chance to ever get paid. VERY POOR SERVICE, DONT PATRONIZE HIM BY ANY MEANS. Below are many fake reviews.. Book it fair is another of his poorly ran companies.

HORRIBLE agency. Not dependable. Used them for a coupke of months. Heard quite a few excuses for people showing up late, not showing up at all, not bringong cleaning supplies etc. Kept giving them more chances. I am finally done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

After finding Rainbow Cleaning Service, we called for an estimate and had them into our share apartment space in Carroll Gardens. We were shocked and amazed by their professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness and competitive prices. This family owned and operated team is trustworthy, open and honest and I quickly realized that they were exactly what we needed at my office, a local 3 floor wellness center, where extreme clean is a must. Rainbow Cleaning couldn't have been nothing less then exactly what we were hoping for and the apartment has never looked better. They're always a pleasure to have around and I basically couldn't believe they didn't already have a Yelp with 100 great reviews!

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WERE AN OPTION. I CAME IN FROM NEW JERSEY TO MY NYC APT FOR CLEANING GIRL. AFTER AN HOUR WAITING, I CALLED THE AGENCY WHO TOLD ME THE CLEANING GIRL “DIDNT HAVE ME IN HER SYSTEM.” THIS IS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. MY CHANCES OF GETTING SOMEONE ELSE ARE SLIM. WORST “AGENCY” EVER! I've been using Rainbow Cleaning Service a few times a year now since 2015 and I have to say they are consistently fantastic. The staff they send are polite and efficient. Any time I've had an issue with the quality, it's been quickly remedied in the moment by the cleaning person. Rates have gone up, it doesn't feel like a bargain -- but I've never been dissatisfied. Also, incredibly easy to book.

Worst cleaning I ever had. The two cleaning ladies that came were 2 hours late, had no cleaning supplies with them, they promised me green organic products, and all they came with was 1 paper towel and a comet. I told them that I'm allergic to harsh chemicals, they told me not to worry about it, and use comet to clean everywhere, even kitchen. This was so stressful. AVOID!!!

SCAM. All good reviews are because if you write a good review they give you 10% off. I came home to dirty counters, rugs were not vacuumed, floors unclean. They always come at the wrong time. Don't say I didn't warn you. Filing A BBB claim now. Beyond disappointed.

I had one good experience with Rainbow Cleaning, they bailed be out at the last-minute when another cleaner cancelled. So I was looking forward to using them again as pinch-hitters. I booked 2 weeks in advance... and then Rainbow cancelled on me at the last minute, 12 hours before the appointment - a Saturday booking on Easter weekend - and wouldn't reschedule for the same day. I had to spend hours chasing down someone else to do the job at the last minute, arrange keys, etc.
