I have hired them two times and have been highly pleased. Our pet was not very nice to this carpet and they were capable to get it clean. They also did my upholstery and the whole thing looks great. Their service charges are very rational and the workers have arrived within few minutes.

BEST SERVICE EVERRR!!! I had one heck of a carpet mess from an awful flood from the sewer!! My whole room was flooded in the basement and filled the house with a really awful foul smell. I needed a reliable carpet service to come the day of and they did just that! They came, they assessed and they got the job done extremely quickly and thoroughly. Days later I still felt a little OCD and can you believe they actually came back the day I called again and did the whole deep cleaning process over again FOR FREE!!! They treated and cleaned it all over for me just for my reassurance and customer satisfaction! I am very grateful. The cleaners are also super professional and kind. The men made me feel super comfortable and in good hands.

Bad experience on the phone. Try to get an Angies list deal and end up with nothing but a rude reply from the phone rep. Maybe they were having a bad day, maybe not. I will not find out as there are too many other options. Looking at some of the more recent reviews it seems that scheduling and customer service is a problem for them.

Last week I had a flood in my basement I thought I will need to replace my rug they sent out a tech that was very helpful and he got all the water out they left a few fans in my basement and it is dry and don't stink I would really recommend them

Had to stop by and say thanks for the great job cleaning my living and bedroom floors. As a recent pet owner I've discovered the downside of trying raise a puppy in an apartment. My carpets had become stained and needed a professional cleaning. I searched through several companies but NYC Steam Clean was the only one offering green solutions that wouldn't utilize harmful chemicals that could harm me or my pets. I called and the friendly staff were very accommodating in arranging an appointment on short notice. Their technician arrived and finished the job in promptly. The price was a bargain because of the online coupon which made it very affordable. The value was tremendous. I look forward to doing business again. A+

True to the reviews they showed up exactly on time, and charged me exactly what they had said they would (a fixed price based on square feet of carpet). They were efficient and got the job done quickly. Can't ask for more.i will recommend them

Horrible customer service. I purchased a Living Social voucher about a month ago. I called, left a message, and they eventually called back. I scheduled the appointment for a few weeks out (earliest available). Home the day of the appointment, no show. Called and they told me the appointment was for the day before (as luck would have it I was home that day as well) - miscommunication, understandable mistake. Two Problems: Claimed to have called me three times that day - funny thing about cell phones these days, they have a record of all calls. No calls received. No voice mails left which was also claimed. Called to complain - read me back number I had just called with saying they had called that number. If you don't want to do business in certain areas, that's fine, but don't promise you can, and then when you get caught, don't try to lie your way out of it. It's a little too easy to verify things like that.
