Where do I even start? My husband and I were struggling to find good reliable cleaners for our new facility that just finished construction. I found nlz though yelp and because of their positive reviews, I reached out asking for more information on pricing and availability, I heard back from Tracy immediately and let’s just say she took care of me like I was the most important customer to her. She kept me in the loop with scheduling and logistical follow ups. I felt very comfortable with her and as if I knew her for a long time. When the day came for the cleaning, two lovely ladies showed up on time. Susan and Rebecca I introduced themselves to me and after hearing my concerns about where the cleaning was most needed, they got right to work. These ladies do NOT mess around. They take their job very seriously and I could tell they had a sense of pride in the quality of work they provided. I was absolutely floored by how over and beyond they went with being detailed and making sure I was happy with their service. There’s a very family-like feel to this company and their people. I appreciate all they did and look forward to working with them again.

I was going to book a cleaning service with them once I saw their advertisement showing that a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath was going to cost me $110 and it also showed it had a $20 coupon. I was under the impression that I will have to pay anywhere between $90 - $110, but once I went to their website to officially order the service the 1 Bedroom 1 Bath jumped all the way up to $156.23 and that is without cleaning the inside of cabinets, fridge nor oven. If I were to add that along with the cleaning of my pet's hair in which I will like a deep cleaning, it will come out to a whopping $346.53!!! This is a bait and switch. I rather choose a honest company. No good.

I live in Valley Stream, Nassau County, Long Island. I called NLZ two days ago as a new customer. I needed service yesterday, the next day. I spoke with Tracy in the office. She was very pleasant and easy to speak with. She was efficient and responsive. She scheduled the cleaning of my 1 bedroom apartment with Anita for yesterday. I was given a good price. My apartment had never been professionally cleaned in the 7 years I have lived here so it required a lot of detailed cleaning - under beds, ceiling fans, areas not easy for me to reach, bathroom and kitchen tile floor washing, inside windows plus all standard cleaning service. Anita was wonderful!!! She was thorough, on time, easy to speak with and did an excellent job. I would recommend NLZ and, specifically, Anita to anyone needing a cleaning service company. .

They were very polite and professional, but what's most important was that they did an AMAZING job. They were very thorough and made sure they got every nook and cranny. I highly recommend Jean and Nicolas and I'm looking forward to their next visit. With such a busy life as mine, it's so incredibly appreciated to not have to worry about finding someone to clean my house as I would - if only I had the time.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Marlee and Ryan's team. They are outstanding. They are not only detail oriented and amazing at getting my apartment spotless, but they are so careful with my things. Not only that, but they have done every little special request I have asked, and believe me, I am picky and a pain in the butt! I have sensitivities to fragrances, and they are careful about which products are used and always double check with me. All this while being incredibly sweet and friendly. They even ask me to inspect rooms after to check their work to make sure I am pleased (which I always am). I also use Susan who is also wonderful; detail oriented, and incredibly friendly. Finds places to clean I never even thought about and leaves the place spotless! Would recommend either team!

Tracy was so wonderful to work with and made scheduling so effortless. She was incredibly accommodating to our every need. This company provided excellent customer service and equally sent a team to my home that were extremely polite, professional all while working amongst a very busy household of 4 children, and a dog. They came fully prepared with all their cleaning supplies and my home got such a thorough cleaning. With limitations on myself currently and not being able to do all of my normal chores these ladies made one mama feel super special and took much needed stress off her plate as we are now preparing for another surgery in just a couole weeks. A clean tidy home is truly more than the doctors can order. So thankfuk for this gift from some special friends of mine and for introducing me to a very reliable and amazing company!! Excellent service. I needed someone to clean with very little notice on Black Friday when I was off from work. Other cleaners I called said their crews were unavailable b/c it was considered part of the Thanksgiving holiday. Tracy came through for me, making a great 1st impression to a new customer! Susan was right on time (and even called to tell me when she was on her way). She was alone, yet the 4 rooms I paid for only took 3 hours (I had thought it would be 4). She was very friendly, while being extremely professional. Susan did everything I asked—plus several things I didn't expect (eg, climbing on a ladder to clean all my kitchen cabinets). I was very happy with the service of NLZ.

I hired NLZ to clean my home after the contractors did some work. They did a wonderful job. Not only was my house spotless, but they organized my shelves and moved furniture to make the rooms look more inviting! I had booked a one-time cleaning, but I was so pleased with how my house looked that I have now booked bi-monthly cleanings!

I had a critical emergency and I desperately needed a last-minute cleaner. And my house REALLY needed to be cleaned but with a sick child and other stuff piling up I was lost. After booking late in the afternoon, Tracy made sure Luisa came at NIGHT while I went to the airport. I was only gone for 2 hours and I came home to a SPOTLESS house. Luisa and Alexa magically made the surfaces gleam and made it so I could tend to my emergency. These people care! In a week full of worries and problems, their services freed me to up to handle these things. I'm so grateful!

I have been wanting to get my part mentioned clean for a WHILE now and decided to book these guys SUPER last YESTERDAY. I used their online booking system and it was so easy! I received an email with all the info and that they were trying to get a team for today. In less than an hour they had someone and I was shocked to say the least. When I tell you my apartment was a mess, it was MESS!!!! From top to bottom it was disaster ZONE. I neglected my space for a long time. Carter came in and just worked his magic and LITERALLY cleaned everything. Everything is just perfect! I really appreciate all the work that was put in. Seriously, Carter has no idea what he did!!! I highly recommend you use these guys and I personally will be using them in the future.

My experience with NLZ Cleaning Service was superb from beginning to end. Booking with Tracey was simple and very easy. She answered each of my emails with my questions expertly and very quickly. When speaking on the phone with her Tracey was polite and efficient. From the start she gave me a very good feeling about booking with NLZ. I was interested in window washing and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that the service would be available on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The owner himself came to do the work. He was courteous, arrived on time and did the work in the amount of time that had been estimated. Overall my experience with NLZ was extremely positive. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and would use this service again.

I have been using NLZ for almost three years now. Professional and thorough cleaners, EXCELLENT customer service and wonderful prices. If I had known what a difference having monthly cleaning would be, I would have done it a decade ago! My advice? Go with NLZ, they won't let you down!

I had hired NLZ Cleaning for my sister’s apartment for a deep cleaning this past spring. I had explained upfront that there was a lot of dust since it had been barely cleaned in several years plus my sister had a ton of knick knacks that would need to be cleaned as well. I was assured that a crackerjack team would be sent to do the job - Marlee and Ryan. Well so many things went wrong. First of all the team grossly underestimated how long the job would take, thus inconveniencing me since I was doing the coordinating and a friend who showed up to let them in and supervise. Then on the second day when they needed to return since they had not finished the job, Ryan did not show up at all nor did he communicate he wasn’t coming, this requiring even more hours on Marlee’s part. When the job was supposedly finished, I did a go around and identified 13 areas that the team had missed, including under the bed in the bedroom. And when my sister returned several days later, she found even more areas that hadn’t been done, including under the bed in the sun room! The redeeming part about all this was that Tracy, the coordinator for the company, and Neal, the owner of the company were extremely apologetic and did their best to make things right by not charging for the extra hours. And hopefully after this experience, they have become better time estimators and more thorough as well. I will add as a positive that they did a superb job in the kitchen and a fantastic job organizing the closets - I never knew they could look so good!
