I don't even know where to start with how impressed I am. Booking a time and day was a breeze, staff was so friendly and understanding and they did an AMAZING job at cleaning my house. They literally went above and beyond to clean everything. My house smells clean, my house looks clean and it was a very positive experience.(I do want to apologize for showing up late when they said they were done Again, amazing. Do recommend and I will be using their services again!

I discovered New York Housekeeping on google , and I have no desire to work with another cleaning company again! Quality of work is incredible, and it's such an affordable amount. The website is detailed with information and a tool to determine a price estimate. so scheduling was very easy. I provided my credit card over the phone, which was charged post-cleaning. There was no unnecessary paperwork, emails, or phone calls. Everything was simple and efficient. every time the cleaner arrived on-time and did a thorough job. super sweet and considerate. It's really the small things like made me and my roommates smile, like our bath towels being folded like hotel rooms and our toilet paper being rolled into roses. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a one-time or regular cleaning service for your home!

The ladies came by and transformed my apartment in such a short time. It was such a good feeling to see all the detail work they did to get all the dirt and grime out of there. And the best part is, they did it for a truly reasonable price. I am certainly going to bring them back to do regular upkeep at my apartment. This was actually the first time I hired cleaners for an apartment ever and I was so pleased. Doing a deep clean on your own place can be so stressful and time consuming...instead, hire this crew. This is one of those times where I am so glad I have google . I was in desperate need of cleaning services that I can rely on multiple occasions. Based on the high reviews this place has, I decided to give it a shot. Was not disappointed! I actually scheduled for a service pretty last minute and they were very accommodating. My house has 5 dogs, so I was always shy having guests over. I scheduled them to clean before my event, and sure enough they made my place look way more put together than I could've done in that time frame. What I did love about this place, was that they respect your privacy and made sure to give you space and respected your boundaries in household. Definitely recommend their services!

It's always a pleasure to come home from work Thursday evenings. The apartment is always fresh & organized, which really helps me roll into the weekend. I used there services last month. We just had them clean one small living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. They did not do a thorough job (floors still dirty, bathroom not completely scrubbed down) and charged us 150$. I thought that this was pretty absurd for such a small space and a subpar job. Will not be using their services again.

Having a large turnover at our place, we have tried several cleaning services, but we have had multiple problems with the services, until someone suggested we try Them. We called to schedule our first appointment, and the performance was excellent. Easy scheduling, timely service, and truly satisfactory cleaning. The maid was courteous, cooperative, and smiling. After the maid left, it was a tremendous relief for us, and since then, we have used them multiple times, with great success, and all of the maids were very capable.

I was having a difficult time finding any agency willing to come uptown to Washington Heights until reaching out to them through the website. The booking experience was straight-forward and simple--even changing the date of my cleaning when something came up unexpectedly at work. Sara was wonderful--incredibly polite and professional--she was right on time and even checked in beforehand to let me know she was on her way and what supplies to bring. This was my first time ever using a cleaning service, and five stars all the way. We just purchased a co-op, and I wanted to have it cleaned completely before we moved in, as it had been vacant for a while. As we had some problems with closing and some other vendors we had scheduled, I had to reschedule my appointment numerous times, so a huge thank you to the customer service team for their patience and assistance. They were really helpful and quick to answer my questions. My cleaner was Kathy and she was AMAZING!! She was thorough and really nice. She cleaned things I didn't even know you could clean! She went well beyond what I expected. After my clean, I received a follow up email asking how my service was and what instructions I need to put on the account. It was really nice to see that kind of follow up service. I've already made arrangements with them to come back for bi-weekly cleanings, with Kathy as my approved cleaner. Looking forward to having my new home be clean without me having to do it

Excellent Service. If you want a prompt, trustworthy, cleaning service use new york housekeep ing . A few weeks ago, I was expecting out of town guests and I needed my apartment cleaned before they arrived.nyh sent a crew while I was at work; all I had to do was sign a key release with my property manager and when I returned home the place was SPOTLESS!! It was worth every penny. Having guests is stressful enough, new york housekeeping gave me one less thing to worry about.

We tried a few housecleaning services before settling on new york housekeeping . They listen, are trustworthy and do a great job. Two hours is more than enough for them to clean our 1400 sqft loft. Scheduling is done via email and they have our card on file for payment. We have used them 4 or 5 times now and are thrilled with their service.

Terrible terrible . Hired for a deep clean and promised experienced cleaners . They arrived with ni mop, old vacuum and minimal cleaning supplies. The guy was on the job 2 weeks. The cleaning was mediocre at best . I was quoted $250 and then billed $375. I called to express my dissatisfaction and they never called back , charged my card the $375 . Im still disputing but do not use this service . Appears they send whomever so no consistency , no customer service or guaranteed satisfaction and overcharge from the quote . Total scam

NY HOUSEKEEPING does a great job! They're reliable and thorough when it comes to clean! They offer a detailed checklist since let's face it, we all have different cleaning needs. They will usually send the same cleaning person unless your usual person is out sick. They bring their own cleaning products but will use different ones that you provide, if you have a particular one you'd like them to use. I recommend them to all my friends.
