I scheduled Molly Maid to as a housewarming gift for my in-laws who moved to Staten Island recently. Since they're older and can't do a thorough cleaning I thought this was a perfect gift. Molly made came earlier than scheduled and finished the entire home within an hour and half. Three floors, three bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, sun porch, dinning, and finished bathroom. Of course they're were empty rooms so the cleaning was mostly floors, surfaces, windows, and tiles. Great job overall! Fair price. Would highly recommend and plan on using them myself in the future.

Would give zero stars if I could. We hired them for a "move-in" cleaning. We were out of state, so we couldn't inspect the job they did immediately, but a day or so later, it looked as if no cleaning had been done at all. There was dust and dirt that could be wiped off of many surfaces including the cabinets, floors, window sills, closet shelves. I'm not sure the cleaning crew did anything while they were in our house. When we complained, we were told that they don't give refunds but they would come back out to rectify the situation. At that point, they became very difficult to schedule with. Ultimately we were able to recoup 50% of the money we paid them. I would strongly suggest no one use them.

Stove was left dirty, whole top dinner table dirty, blinds that I specifically requested to be cleaned, also dirty(they cleaned 2 sets of blinds and left the other). Stairs, dirty. Pretty much I payed $200 for them to vacuum and clean the floors. I don't know if it was the cleaners, but for the money I was very dissatisfied. They did offer to come and re-clean I will admit that, which I refused because that is just ridiculous. Its a one time job. I understand if you forget to clean one thing, but so many things. e/ I previously had a $15/hour cleaner who did a better job.

I really hate writing bad reviews but I feel obligated to do so after getting a closer look at what I thought team 1 had cleaned on Friday, August 3rd. This was a move in clean for an upstairs 3 bedroom apartment that had not been lived in for about a year. The cabinets were my main concern as there were mice droppings throughout them. I communicated this to the team and while they did vacuum and wipe them down, it was obviously hastily done (see pics below). I decided to wipe them down myself after they left to be safe and an insane amount of dirt was picked up during my cleaning. Really disappointed that they weren't thoroughly cleaned as there were rodent feces in them and things that I eat off of are going to be stored in them. Some of the cabinets must have been completely ignored as well since there were easily cleanable stains at first glance (see pics). I guess for $159 and a $60 dollar tip that's what you get in Staten Island. I've included a couple of pictures of what the paper towels looked like after MY cleaning of the cabinets and rest assured, there were well over 100 paper towels just like them. If you want a thorough clean, you have to do it yourself!

They also listen to what my needs are and follow through. They are timely and work very efficiently together. I am a very satisfied customer! The only bothersome item is the new $4.00 convenience fee tacked on my credit card payment by Molly Maid.

I've been using Molly Maid of SI for number of years. All the girls in the teams are very cooperative and do a great job. Team #4 was at my house yesterday, I had a lot of dust due to me cancelling my appointment two weeks ago due to a flu- boy, did they clean up- very helpful- they always call me before they arrive -its a ideal situation- two girls and they do a great job- don't have to wait all day for my house to be clean- one does the dry and the wet - joint effort I love both team 2 and 4- they are the best- love those girls
