We have been using Meurice for years to clean suits and delicate or unique designer pieces. I would never take these items anywhere else, and they always do an excellent job. If there is something extra they think needs or could be done they always call to ask if I want this before going forward with it. All of this seem minor compared to our most recent experience with Meurice. We had a cocktail party at our home recently, and one of the guests spilled a full glass of red wine on our light grey cashmere sofa. I thought it was done for. I emailed Meurice, they picked it up quickly and within a couple days they sent me photos of the finished product... It is perfect. It looks as good as it did the day we bought it, and they saved us thousands of dollars replacing it. We could not be more impressed or happy.

I came in to meet with a tailor about my wedding dress. I was told the consultation would be free until we agreed on work to be done. I tried on the dress and the tailor told me he didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for an alteration for the neckline. I tried to explain to him what our consultant had explained to us at Bra-tenders where they sell excellent undergarments for your big day. The tailor had no idea how to do the work so I decided I couldn't do the alterations here. When I walked out of the room I was suddenly told we would be charged for the consultation. I was told the consultation was free, then told after the fact that it was considered a "fitting" as soon as I tried the dress on. I was not advised of this change in charge at the time when I was asked to try the dress on. I was not asked for consent to make the charge. I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company.

I have only the best things to say about Meurice Garment Care. They did a fantastic job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. I really felt like I could trust them completely not only with my dress, but to do the best job possible. I received my dress back good as new. I highly recommend these guys- they are extremely knowledgable and care about doing the best possible job.

Brought my suit to Meurice short notice before my friend's wedding. Reasonable turnaround and service was very friendly. A bit pricey, but overall great job! Tell John he's the man! I will definitely recommend your services to others.
