Unprofessional, came in an hour late, had no idea what they are doing. Spent more than two hours in a small one bedroom apartment that was fairly clean. I would not recommend and will never hire again.

Ok. Needed a one time cleaning foe mom's apartment. One the of the girls opened a window with an air conditioner in it to clean the window. And of course the AC feel 2 stories to ground wrecking it. I called and told the main office what had happened, that it was a used air conditioner just take $60 off the bill I'll be happy they told me to go screw. I told him I would contestant bounce the charge and I would give them the rest of the day to rethink this of course never heard from them again pretty arrogant. So much for being licensed and insured and bonded. Stay Away.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. First of all, their two people two hour minimum/three people 1 hour 20 minute minimum is absolute nonsense. This m and the BASE you will pay to clean the bare minimum for your place is TWO HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS. Not the oven, not the inside of the fridge, just the surfaces as those would be EXTRA. My coop is about 650 square feet, which I mentioned during booking. There is no reason three people needed to show up. Three people, plus my husband, barely fit in my apartment to begin with. Secondly, when they neared the hour and change mark, my husband asked if they were almost done. They said probably not, likely a ploy to charge us more because, again- our apartment is SIX HUNDRED FIFTY FEET. I would clean it myself but I have a toddler who follows me around and creates a disaster in her wake and we were using the service to have pictures taken of our apartment so we could list it for sale. I am the child of Hispanic immigrants. My grandparents spent 40 years here without learning English. When my husband had to call me at work to translate for me, I worry about those who do not have this convenience at a whopping $220. Finally, they broke something in my kitchen- a figuring my sister gave me 17 years ago that has a very special meaning to me. They gave it to my husband and he cut himself. If this sounds crazy and exaggerated- I agree that it does- I apologize, but it’s true and I am livid. We will NEVER EVER use this service again. Ever.

Horrible- would not stop calling and texting me rude comments. Unprofessional, Awful customer service. I called to find out about getting my mother in law a gift card. I was transferred to Kaitlyn's (worker in flushing store) cell phone. Her pricing was unclear and she was rude and unprofessional. Complaining about her workers schedule because I asked I they would be available after 2pm? I said thank you anyway. She called my phone back 3 times and then started texting me! I told her this is harassment, stop! She continued texting me so I actually had to block her. All I have to say is thank god I didn't not send these people into my mother in laws house.
