I am very disappointed with Merry Maids. First they overcharged us by half an hour, even though I was in the home and told them the exact hours they were here. They only refunded us for 15 if the extra 30 minutes. After they left we discovered a $50 gift card that had been on my nightstand was missing. When we called to report this concern, they yelled at us saying it was impossible and without proof they won’t do anything about it. We got this cleaning service as a splurge before the arrival of a new baby, and have been wildly disappointed by the dishonesty and poor customer service shown.

they're very good and fast. come in teams of 2/3. they don't come the same time every day though. but are always done in 1-2 hrs.

They charged me $300 and did nothing. I hired them to clean an empty prior to my move-in. I found hair in the master tub, a urine ring in the toilet, debris on the hardwood floors, and my feet turned black while I walked around the hardwood floors two days after I moved in. They offered to return and clean again, but I cancelled because they were just going to do nothing again. Huge waste of money, and I regret ever securing their business.

When they come they are great. Thats the problem - very unreliable. Told them many times to be here after 9:30am but before noon and they never do so. Today is the worst - it's a holiday & having people over, so wanted the house and fridge cleaned and Im still wiating for them at 2:30pm to first come, after i was told 2 hours ago that they were supposedly on thier way. Terrible. Unreliable and pay a fortune for them to come.

WARNING.....DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY WERE NICE OVER THE PHONE, SENT 2 GIRLS TO DO A FIRST TIME CLEANING. 4 HOURS LATER, BARELY A THING WAS DONE. AFTER ARGUING WITH THE CLEANERS THAT THINGS WERE NOT CLEAN AND THEM SAYING "YES, CLEAN", I CALLED THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN. THE CLEANERS WERE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE BY THE OWNER AND I WAS CHARGED $600 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HAD TO DO EVERYTHING AGAIN MYSELF. THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I MADE THE MISTAKE AND DIDNT LISTEN. IF YOU USE THIS SERVICE, YOU'LL REGRET IT.
