Unfortunately, I can not recommend this service. Barbara, the booking agent, was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was of low quality for a higher than expected price. I had a 1900 sq foot trilevel cleaned. In all fairness, my contractor was finishing up the day they cleaned. However, in areas far from the work area, the cleaners left visible dust on shelves, visible grease and food stains in the kitchen, and did not appear to have mopped where asked. They did some work, but for an otherwise empty house, to charge $500-$600, they did not earn their money. There was no attention to detail at all. While Barbara offered to have them come back, it was after I moved in and not practical at that point to have them return. I’ve had to clean room by room as I unpack instead. Would’ve been better to not have to do that.

I can't say enough great things about the MaidRight team that comes to my home. They know exactly what to do, and cater to specific things that I want done. My house just sparkles when they are done. With two kids and a dog and a cat I truly look forward to when they come over! The are extremely professional, use the highest quality cleaning products (including a HEPA vacuum cleaner) and are really good about cleaning an extra room or modifying things if I need them to. Always very pleasant. I never feel like I need to hide cash or valuables - it doesn't even cross my mind now - like I think it would with other services. I am also very appreciative that the same lead person is always here - that makes a huge difference. I have compared their rates with other professional services and I think MaidRight is very competitive - and reliable.

The manager also stopped in to oversee the work. The friendly Maid Right team did a thorough job and has made the moving process that much easier for our family.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Barbara and her son came to clean my late mother's empty apartment before it was sold. She acted very inconvenienced about an item in a closet and a book of matches in a cabinet, like they never had to clean spaces that have furniture in them (which mine did not) I left for a moment to make a call and when I came back, she was gone and two people (not in maid right uniform) were cleaning the apartment. I had to on multiple occasions remind them to clean areas that hadn't been touched but were mentioned in the contract. After they left there was still dirt in the empty drawers. She did come back to clean what should have been cleaned in the first place and blamed my late mother for letting the apartment get dirty. I hope no-one is subjected to this kind of service.

This was an awful experience. Although they offered to come fix it the damage was done. Bathtub was still dirty, floors never swept and kitchen counter had a weird film residue on it. I would not recommend.

This was a bad service I paid 185 so they could clean my Studio the bathroom was the same as they as I left they didn’t clean it good Barbara was rude I was asking for half of my money back but she said no she could not do anything about it I don’t recommend this. The room was just wiped everything is the same the kitchen it’s OK and my living room is the same thing just with no dirty things and the floor everything is just in one corner and that’s all
