I used this service over the weekend, and it was fantastic - they arrived a couple minutes earlier than the time scheduled, which I appreciated, and brought all of the necessary cleaning supplies with them. They moved the furniture around to clean underneath, and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They took the garbage with them on the way out and were overall a pleasure to talk with while they were in the apartment. I would use them again in the future!

Ordered Maid Marines for my messy brother because he was coming back into town and wanted his house to be clean. I did some research and found that in the area he lives, this seemed to be the most popular and professional service. He called me after he got back, and told me that he couldn't remember his house ever looking or smelling so clean. Since cleaning is not something he likes to do, he decided to hire them to clean once a week. He thanked me for finding them, and said he tells all his buddies about them too. Now, he can have his girlfriend and friends come over to visit.

From my very first time dealing with Main Marines, I have been so pleased with the experience. This company is so straight forward and I love that. You can find out pricing online, they're not a sneaky company that says "Call for pricing" and then you get voicemail and have to wait for a call back. You can book flat rate based on size or a la carte so to speak, at an hourly rate. I've done both before just depending on what I need. I travel a lot for work so if I haven't been home in awhile I don't need as deep of a clean. The online booking is amazing. Just go right to the website and schedule your cleaning and you can pay online as well. The process is streamline and smooth and they do an excellent job cleaning. I've never been disappointed.

I used this service yesterday and was highly disappointed. I ordered their servings for 2 cleaners for 2 hours each. One cleaner got lost and went to the wrong address. The second cleaner who did come, required twice the time to finish the job...makes sense, right?? What didn't make sense is that she did not understand English. The job was to clean 5 bedrooms and 3 baths on 2 floors and a basement, in a completely, empty house. I walked her through the whole house to show her what I needed her to do since she didn't speak English. After 4 hours, she only did one floor...ONE!!! I called to complain and management said they'd call me back and never did. This company does not accept any accountability for anything wrong done.

Now that I have more disposable income and can travel because of my work, I've been able to try out some of these services I find wherever I'm located. Maid Marines is a pretty cool cleaning service, and the women were definitely pleasant and accomodating. I didn't have a huge mess for them to clean but they were still able to take care of the mess that I had, in a very timely manner. Another solid service I'm glad I paid for.

Maid Marines Cleaning Service would probably be considered the epitome of cleanliness. My father's house had not been cleaned and the inside basically wreaked of foul odors and dog feces all over the floor. We were going to celebrate his 60th birthday here, but it was just way too dirty. When I called for their service, they were quick to answer and were quick to come. When we came back after a couple hours, the whole house was transformed into a whole new place. I am so glad that I called this place. Allow me to say - I do not regret my decision whatsoever. Maid Marines customer service was impeccable - from the friendliness of the phone agent to the professionalism and precision of their cleaning services. Not a spot in my aunt's home was left untouched, unbuffered or unshined! The workers cleaned in an efficient, but timely manner, taking gentle care not to break or damage anything. And once the job was complete, they even offered to remove the multiple bags of trash!! I can't praise this company anymore - we live in a time where customer service just isn't up to standard for a lot of companies, but this simply isn't so for Maid Marines - their customer service is A1!

Wow. This is all I can say about Maid Marines. They really saved me when I was in a bind. I had my girlfriend's parents take an impromptu trip to visit and I needed a deep clean quick. Within a day, I got an estimate, made a reservation, and got a deep clean with the friendliest team (of two) ever. They were extremely pleasant as they assured me that the place would be spotless by the time I came back from the gym, and they were right! I would recommend them to anyone that needs weekly cleanings, or that emergency deep clean like I did.

Easy to schedule.I got my maid yesterday. I was comfortable enough to leave her alone to go whole foods to go grocery shopping.Five star service. The bathroom linens and towels were folded. Wow, this service is amazing. Last weekend, my aunt needed to clean her apartment in Manhattan. The service I usually call was busy so I decided to try Maid Marines. Awful ... OMG! Dont use avoid ...if you want unprofessional call ... They won't even return a call now Today two girls came clueless ... no vacuum. Barely spoke English. Asked what to use to clean.. Broke a light fixture. Doesn't work at all... they will take accountability. Told me they didn't touch the light switch clearly they didn't clean it filthy worse than when I left. Was considering using them, but after seeing the company's response to someone accusing their cleaning rep of theft, I think that pretty much says it all. To all users on here, stay away from companies or services who get defensive (Especially online in a public forum), instead of insisting to have their customer call them and let them know what occurred so they can get to the bottom of what happened. When they get defensive, it screams guilt and shows lack of customer service skills.

Maid Marines do a great job. Two people come for the cleaning and they check each others work. They have literally gotten on their hands and knees to scrub all the floors by hand. Will give them 4 stars for now and happy to give them a chance to turn this into a great experience. ****************** Unfortunately not as good and green as we were hoping for. Initially they assigned us a cleaner and she did an okayish job... we have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment but didn’t need to clean the second bathroom so we just ordered the 2 hour slot. However, it’s a typical NY apartment and not huge. On top of that we opted out of bed linen change. But she barely finished with master bed/bath, living room, second bed room and kitchen. Somehow she made the floor worse then it was before the cleaning - it was sticky everywhere. We raised a complaint and they offered us a free second cleaning which was kind of fair but we didn’t go for it and simply asked for a new cleaner next time. The new cleaner was fabulous, we loved her and we were told via email and their portal that she’ll be our new cleaner going forward. However, of course the cleaner from the first times did show up with no notice for the next appointment!!! So basically a very embarrassing situation that we had to explain her boss on the phone that we did ask for somebody else while she was standing next to us. Of course they didn’t have anybody else available and wanted her to do the job and told us next time it’ll be the new cleaner again. Very unsatisfying. In addition, we did have a chance to look at the label of her cleaning tools and of course it wasn’t green at all even though they do tell it on their website. To make it worse, we did specifically put a note on our order that we really want green cleaners only because of our little son. But I guess that’s not important enough for them. Our entire apartment has a horrible chlorine odor now.

the cleaning service for our house was a pleasant choice. I have been living with a bunch of friends in the house. we don't enjoy cleaning in a daily basis, so the condition was pretty bad, especially our kitchen. The maid who came was super nice, she came 5 min early and left 10 min late without any extra charge, the house has been pretty clean since then. It has already been 2 weeks since she came over. I was skeptical at first, reading the mixed reviews I wasn’t too sure not to mention I have a pretty large house so my worry was that they wouldn’t sent enough cleaners. I was surprised to see a crew of 3 ladies arrive a few minutes early. I gave them a quick tour and explained the particular areas that have been missed by other cleaning companies. I have always felt vaguely guilty about using cleaning services, despite being crazy busy nearly all the time, and having had a cleaning lady growing up, whom we couldn't have lived without. I still somehow expect myself to be able to do it all - run a thriving business, have healthy relationships, and take care of all of the domestic duties. Most of the time, my girlfriend and I are fairly successful at this (or as close as a young couple can get). This all fell apart while in New York, however, as we were in town for a few months, working on a big project. Our rhythms and habits got disrupted, on top of being twice as busy as normal with projects. The condo we were subletting, unfortunately, didn't get the love and maintenance it deserved, and we were left in a tight spot, with a messy place and only 2 or 3 days to get it immaculate. We had no choice but to call on Maid Marines. And I'm glad we did! The ladies were super friendly and helpful, on top of being totally amazing at their jobs! We had allocated the whole project taking four hours, with two cleaners. The place was immaculate in slightly less than 3, and we ended up paying them for the full time, they were so great! We went from being under the gun, stressed out of our minds, and running out of time, to having some spare hours to go check out a New York deli. Couldn't be happier with Maid Marines, and would recommend them 1000 times!!!

I have never used a cleaning service before but I had thrown a party for a friend and the aftermath was way more than I expected so I decided to call Maid Marines and I'm so glad I did. They responded quickly and arrived on time and with no judgement about the mess that was made. The floors were covered in beer, the walls were dirty and the bathrooms were atrocious but everything was nice and tidy after they cleaned. They mopped up all the floors, cleaned the walls and all the rooms. They even brought all the trash from the apartment down to the garbage on the first floor which was so nice of them. Maid Marines Cleaning Service was literally even BETTER than I expected! I really needed help cleaning up around the house after a birthday party, and they really did a perfect job. I've used several cleaning services in the past, and all of them have been mediocre. Maid Marines is a quick, easy service if your home needs a little pick-me-up. I noticed that my wife and I were running behind on house work. With three kids, its hard to find the time to keep up. Not sure where to start with Maid Marines, but overall their service can be summed up in one word, exceptional. I've worked with other companies before but their work does not reach the level of Maid Marines. I had multiple questions before I decided to go with their Services because I was left skeptical from the services I've had from previous companies. But one short phone call, which took a wait about 10 seconds, had left all my questions answered, and a time set up for my Maid Marines to come. The two Maid Marines that I had came just on time, and started as soon as they got there. They were extremely cooperative on the certain things that I told them to not touch. I excepted them to be completely appalled at my mess of a place, but, needless to say, they were prompt and ready to get the job done. I was glad I didn't have to provide any cleaning products for them (like I had to for previous companies) The floor was left spotless, and even the hard to reach spots were dusted off. Everything was finished under 3 hours, including all the dirty stains in the kitchen, including my fridge AND microwave. I was impressed by how efficiently they worked and under the short amount of time and for the affordable price it was at!!! Will definitely have Maid Marines Service again.

Maid Marine cleaning service is the number to call for your cleaning needs. I live in a house with 5 other guys, and honestly it was a disgusting mess. The house was worst than a frat house, and you literally felt dirtier after using the bathroom or after a shower. It was just too much to clean or handle. Maid marine cleaning was recommended by a close friend and after they came by, the house actually looked different, smell different, super clean and tidy. I was able to feel comfortable again.......in my own home.
