Andrew was pleasant & responsive, by phone & in person. His staff (2 women) were attentive, careful, meticulous, and extraordinarily patient. After undergoing 3 months of bathroom renovation, our 1100 s.f. apartment was COVERED in a layer of fine dust. No matter how often we dusted, ourselves, we simply could not rid our home of the "infestation." The cleaners spent more than 9 hours in our home, giving us the floor-to-ceiling deep cleaning that we needed. By the time they left, there were no remnants of the construction mess. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience & I would recommend Luxury Cleaning to anyone.

I had contacted Luxury Cleaning Service to do a post renovation on my clients apartment and i was in contact with Andriy Neborak , He gave me quote on the job , and told me the date was available and we were ready to move forward with the job The next day i called and I spoke to Andre to ask him to submit his insurance information to have access to the building and for him to send me an invoice I Spent 3 days trying to to speak to him or anyone via phone or email I never got a reply i got very worried since i was 2 days away from having the job done . i kept calling and finally he answered the phone ( on SATURDAY EVENING and told me he could not due the job because his insurance got canceled However he never contacted me to let me know this was a NO GO This was very unprofessional and i will never recommend anyone .
