Called the owner of the company before I made a booking to see how everything works for Airbnb turnover. Owner said they specifically cater to Airbnb turnovers and all I needed to do was leave detailed instructions. I made a booking with step by step detailed instructions that were not met. I left clean linens with instructions where they were and new toiletries. I come home to find the sheets, towels and toiletries were all still in the place I left them. I called the company and explained to them what happened. The office manager said she would get back to me. Then the owner calls me and said he would talk to her and get back to me. A week later still heard nothing from her or him. I then followed up with the company and she said they would get back to me again, still nothing. I asked them for a refund or a credit to my account which neither were giving. It’s seems like this company does not care about their customers. The owner also told me he would give me a 10% discount on my first booking which was never applied, not that that was a big deal but, still. I will not be using this company again and I urge you to do the same.

Very poor customer service. Over several cleanings, the cleaner did not show for the first booking, my space was left unlocked after the second cleaning, and the third cleaning (which was charged at a *higher* rate regardless of the previous experiences), the cleaner was 1.5 hours late (I was not notified of the late arrival) and a cabinet was broken. When I contacted the customer service, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. Steer clear.

What a breath of fresh air. My partner and I have had some really bad experiences with some cleaning companies but thank god we found Lazy Susans. I had to make a trip in from Philadelphia to give the keys to management so I needed everything to go as planned. The cleaner was on time and efficient. After my apt was flooded and the restoration was finished, i moved back in only to be further overwhelmed by the cleaning and unpacking and re-storing to be done. Sherrie was super-amazing! She cleaned shelves and drawers, the floors, the bathroom and kitchen. They are now the best ever. And she helped me un-box and shelf 14 moving boxes of books! Such a relief to get all that done, and so quickly! Sherrie also adds a smile, and a calm, can-do energy to her efficient work. We were moving into a new apartment, so I hired Lazy Susans to do a deep clean. I also added on the extras for her to clean walls and inside cabinets (along with some other extras). The cleaner did NOT do a deep clean (or even a routine clean for that matter). While the bathroom looked great, the floors were not mopped and the walls had been barely dusted, rather than wiped clean. The inside of the cabinets were also not very clean. When I returned to our new apartment (which had no furniture, so there was no time to be spent dusting furniture), I immediately wiped down places in the kitchen and my clorox wipe came back very dirty. The stove had not been cleaned. Additionally, I wiped down some doors and light switches, and my wipes from those also came back extremely dirty. The website promises that if you are not 100% satisfied, they will re-clean it for you, but when I complained about my cleaning and asked for a different cleaner to come, they only offered me a 20% refund. Completely crazy that I then had to completely re-clean everything myself. I am very unhappy.

Horrible experience with this company. Owner was rude on the phone before coming to clean. After they cleaned I checked and found everywhere was dirty. They didn’t sweep or mop or clean anything at all. Only thing they did was wash linens and put them back. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After I asked for a refund they denied it saying it looks clean in the photos. When it was actually very dirty and dusty. This company is a joke just like the owner.

So this is a review of the owner and apparently the main cleaner. He over charges I found him on thumbtack and he is not reliable. He unfortunately just can't clean well. For what you pay he should have professional equipment but it's drug store quality. My husband was clearly upset after he left something that could have been fixed if he simply had a steam cleaner or a large functional vacuum.

Their pricing appears to be clear on their web site, but is in fact not clear at all. I ended up paying the equivalent of a full move-in/out cleaning ($200) to have JUST my (small) bathroom and (smaller) kitchen cleaned. This is the same price to get a deep clean on an entire apartment. The cleaner was nice, but did miss quite a few spots, even though I was very clear that it be cleaned top to bottom. I also had to tell her to clear up the streak marks left by the cleaning products that were all over the place. Re: pricing -- even though I paid the equivalent to a full apartment cleaning according to their web site, the owner's argument was that she spent 5 hours cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. When the web site quotes $200 for a full apartment cleaning, I'm not sure why I was forced to pay that for half the job? They should just quote a flat hourly rate on their web site. Deceptive. Given the questionably high pricing and mediocre job, I will not use this service again, nor would I recommend them. UPDATE: Michael, the owner continues to harass me and our mutual friend by text for leaving the negative reviews. I didn't even mention the fact that the cleaner was late, as was Michael himself (by several hours!) the first time I used their service. I also didn't mention the fact that the cleaner was to bring her own supplies, but ran out, forcing me to go to Rite Aid to buy her supplies. Michael, if your cleaners stink at cleaning and you offer terrible service as an owner, you have to expect bad reviews! Get over it. AVOID!

The process of booking a cleaner was easy, communication was good and on the day of, our cleaner Laura showed up and promptly went to work on our apartment without needing any instruction. She was friendly, courteous, extremely professional and did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond. She was thorough and did things like lifted up our couch and cleaned UNDER our area rug under the couch, thoroughly cleaned our oven, scrubbed our moldy bathroom tiles, even went as far as cleaning the compost bin. She stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and I will definitely hire her again.
