My dear Aunt Sylxia was in a rehab center recuperating various aliments. I wanted to get her apartment clean so that she could convalesce in comfort in her own home by February 28. Her apartment needed as much TLC as her body did. I called Home Clean Home and Nicole assured me that my aunt's needs would be met. Andy met with me to evaluate the condition of my aunt's apartment and agreed with many issues I had to make her apartment home a safe and restorative dwelling.The following Monday the HCH crew Miguel, Richardo, Juilian and Jacquie arrived purposeful, ready to work. They were warm, friendly, very accomodating. and had a system of organization that made me realize we could actually complete this large task for my Aunt Sylvia.The next day my aunt died. I was devestated and overwhelmed that a clean up job had become an end of tenancy job since there ws only two weeks left to the month of Feburary. Miguel, Jaquie, Richardo and Juilian showed a level of sensitivity to my plight that I felt supported by the realization it would actually be possible to clean out my Aunt's apartment ending her tenancy in a safe, productive manner. At the end of a two week project, this afternoon I left a grateful landord with a cleaned apartment and a knowledge that while i was not able to provide a healthy space for my aunt's health to improve I wrapped up the reminents of her life in a respectiful and organized manner. Recently, I have been in the process of preparing my parents' 97-year-old house, in Queens, to be sold. The house was built in 1920. My parents lived there for 44 years until their deaths, and did not do much to it in the last 20 years as they aged. Cleaning was always "light," and in a 2,600-square-foot house that old, with lots of nooks and crannies, dirt accumulates. In addition, there was a great deal of dust and grit from some interior construction and plastering work that had been done. The 7-person crew from Home Clean Home arrived and, in one day, scrubbed that three-story house, with basement, from top to bottom. They even cleaned up and swept the garage, to my surprise and delight. One of the more experienced men on the team walked through the house with me when they were finished and gave every window sill and door frame the "white glove" test. The place was spotless. The next day, they returned and stripped and waxed the old linoleum tile floors in the dining room, kitchen, and basement, which now look better than they have since Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan dropped in for dinner. HCH's fees were steeper than I had anticipated, but the job they did in the house was first-rate and well worth the expense. They also do clean-outs of houses, garages, and yards, as well as ameliorating hoarding situations. I would recommend them without hesitation—hard-working, honest, professional, and they will clean your home like a sirocco blowing through.

I experienced professionalism this past week that was exceptional. I had the opportunity to watch four employees of Home Clean Home do an amazing job of cleaning a cluttered apartment that had been empty for seven months because the person who resided therein had been in a rehabilitation/nursing home. Unfortunately, my sister passed while her apartment was being readied for her return. Miguel, Jacquie, Ricardo and Julian immediately took on the task of emptying the apartment with expert action. This is an amazing company. Everyone was dedicated to helping me long distance assist an elderly family member who was a hoarder and in a nursing facility. They had everything from grab bars to bed rails to coat racks. They accepted so many packages from Amazon, I think about 20 - maybe more. They picked up keys from nursing, they dropped off keys. They dropped off laundry and picked up laundry and hung it all up. They sent me pics and videos before and after. They cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. They organized and followed all my requests. We love HANNAN, Daphne, Dona, Cindy and the whole crew - they are just fantastic and always helpful. NOT ONCE was there ever a complaint or an attitude or an uncomfortable comment about anything. I’m a person who never writes reviews, but these guys deserve credit for the outstanding work they do and for their amazing customer service. Truly. Alex, Konneth, & Eli came from NYC to central CT for two days to do a massive and seemingly impossible job of clearing out boxes and bags of possessions, separating out and organizing the things I wanted to keep handy, and storing / organizing / throwing away the rest. This was a job I’d been putting off for 5 - 6 years due to its overwhelming nature, but as soon as the guys arrived and we started working, it was unbelievable how quickly and smoothly things progressed, how cheerful, pleasant, polite and accommodating the men were, and how utterly painless and almost completely stress-free the process was. They took care of EVERYTHING. Start to finish and top to bottom. And did I mention how kind, patient, friendly, and compassionate they were? They were punctual, they were professional, their communication with me was perfect, and if I had known it was possible to go through this process so quickly and easily, I’d have done it many years ago! I sincerely can’t praise and thank these guys enough. I will eagerly recommend this company to anyone and everyone I can think of!

The worst experience ever!! Left my house with crumbs in the microwave. Oven was filthy. All they did was take my food- The countertops and cabinets weee not touched- kitchen floor was dirty - I had to do the entire job w my housekeeper after they left til 230 am. They apologized and that was it!
