Heaven's Best was INCREDIBLE!! They were prompt, and knowledgable, and SO friendly!! They cleaned a variety of rugs that hadn't been been cleaned in so long, SO WELL that it looked like they were just store-bought!! They were also able to remove the pee-smell on some of them (whoops!).. I recommend them HIGHLY to anyone looking for a rug cleaning, or a curtain/upholsetery.. you won't regret it!

I have used many carpet and upholstery companies in the past, but once I found Heaven's Best I have not needed to look anywhere else. We got our beige microfiber sectional cleaned about 2-3 weeks ago and the results are amazing. We have six cats and a dog and the major issue was the lick stains. I tried everything from googling how to treat certain microfiber couches and nothing helped. The entire time they were working on the couch, it was super relaxing and comfortable. I always feel a little wary when having people over to do work but they were so personable and great company. We were told that maybe all the hairs wouldn’t come off the couch because we have so many animals but truth be told, the couch looks brand new and completely untouched. If I hadn’t had been here through the process, I would have thought my boyfriend just went out and bought a replacement couch. We’re trying to keep the dog off the couch to prevent any more staining but regardless of that, we will definitely be calling back to make another appointment just to freshen up the couch. I highly recommend this company! Don’t even think about it and just call! :)

Bruce and his assistant were very professional and personable. We had fun chatting while they worked. They worked really fast and were very thorough. My carpets hadn't been cleaned since I got them four years ago, and they've suffered all kinds of foot and dog traffic. They look and SMELL fantastic! They also cleaned my couch, which I decided to have cleaned almost as an afterthought. I had no idea how badly it needed cleaning until I witnessed the process and saw the significant amount of dirt and dust that was removed. My couch and my rugs are shades lighter and brighter. I was getting an apartment ready for re-rental and I had a bright plush, cream colored carpet in the bedroom with black foot trail from the door to the bed. Bruce and his guy did a super-rapid job (less than an hour) and the carpet looked like new. great price and great service.

Fast and reliable service at a price you can't beat! So glad we called Heavens Best. We live in a small apartment with a toddler running and playing everywhere! Our Carpets were literally black from wear and tear, and we knew something had to be done. In just about an hour Bruce had our whole apartment spotless and the carpets looked brand new and smelling fresh. Weeks later, I still can't believe he was able to get those spots out. He showed up on time, and was accommodating to our busy work schedule. If your looking for honest and local service, look no further.

I called on 05/15/17 left a voicemail. Got a call on the 22nd. On the 23rd we made an appointment for Wednesday the 31st. I waited half of day for this person to show it never happened. I called him multiple times with no luck. If he is not interesting in the job just say so... Don't just agree on a service and never show. Terrible service. Such a waste of time.

One word for Bruce and his partner-AMAZING! They were kind, patient, knowledgable, and extremely professional when cleaning my carpets. This is a neighborhood gem service. All of my carpets were cleaned within a solid 40min and looked brand new again. I will definitely be using them again soon to clean my upholstery.

This was my first experience having my carpets cleaned. I did three rooms, a hall and a staircase. The carpets look like they've been brought back to life. Not ready to buy new but they were in need of a cleaning. As for Bruce from Heavens Best. Very personable. Good vibes IMMEDIATELY. Great communication and prompt. The cleaning took about an hour. Was willing to move things and price was more than reasonable. They vaccuum first as well. He was pet friendly and was very courteous. Was a great experience all around and referred him to someone the same day. He doesn't even really handle my area but was more than willing to come and do the job. Will use again for sure. They cleaned my rugs to perfection and accommodated my request that the rugs be wrapped in tyvek paper for storage. I decided to dog sit for a friend, and it was going great until I found the dog pooped twice its body weight dead in the middle of my rug. Rather than pack up my things and move out, I cleaned it up and found out I needed something professionally done if I was to still live here. I got a few quotes, and decided to go with Bruce at Heaven's Best. He was very polite and understanding of the situation over the phone and overall felt a good vibe. I feel strongly in recommending HB thanks to Bruce and his staff, who showed up on time, and did a great job in cleaning up what this little monster dog left for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this process took as well. The moral of the story is- don't babysit anyone's dog ever. But in case you do; then call Bruce at HB.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Heaven’s Best Cleaners. Back in November I had a full cleaning and had the sofa scotch guarded and it came out great! My sofa is made of my sofa is made of a ridiculously finicky material that has left water-stains anytime I have tried to clean a spill. Needless to say I was skeptical that they would be able to get any of the marks out; however, they were able to remove almost all of them! I was beyond satisfied with the end result. In addition to the great cleaning, the customer service is wonderful. Bruce and his assistant are simply lovely to work with. They were prompt, friendly and super quick. They also were very reasonably priced. My most recent cleaning was after the passing of our beloved dog. Bruce was incredibly compassionate and caring; it was like having a therapy session while he cleaned my couch, which was exactly what I needed! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Heaven’s Best and will definitely continue to use them in the future!
